Tradewinds, One of a Kind New Smyrna Condo Rentals

Tradewinds is located in New Smyrna on the non-driving portion of the beach. The property was built in 1986 and has 96 individual 2 and 3-bedroom units. Tradewinds’ double towers span over four acres of gorgeous beachfront property. The complex is perfect for snowbirds or guests looking for a longer beach stay- the property has a 30-day minimum. Tradewinds has gated entry, making it secure, as well as the option of both a covered garage and open parking for guests. The complex has not one but two heated pools, one with a large sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs plus a hot tub. Both pools are oceanfront. The building, with attractive round-cornered balconies and beautifully landscaped grounds, sits on a large tract of direct oceanfront land on the south end of New Smyrna. Tradewinds is located near Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve. JB’s Fish Camp, a popular local spot, is nearby.
