We had a wonderful long weekend trip, the first with our two month old baby boy. The house was perfect for our family and the fact that it is dog friendly was awesome, so we could bring her too! When we are back in the area, we will definitely be sure to stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

This place is incredible! Close enough to the beach to make it walkable, but far enough from the downtown area to give some quiet evenings and feels very safe.
We took a long weekend trip with our pup and 2 month old baby boy and loved every second. The house was exactly as pictured, extremely clean and very spacious. The yard was perfect for our pup! Hot tub was very clean and relaxing after long days at the beach.
The local recommendations for food, drinks, and happy hour were spot on too. We’ve stayed in a lot of air bnbs over the years but we will go out of our way next time we’re in town to stay here. 10/10 highly recommend the Tiki Townhouse!

House was beautiful and would recommend. Only issue we had was with slow drains in our boys room. Which they had to use our bathroom so it was a little inconvenient. Other than that it was fantastic

Lots of space in this well-equipped home. Great location across from beach, playground. There were beach toys & chairs & bikes for our use, which was a nice bonus. Also a garage, which saves your car from the salt air. Pet-friendly, but would have been nice to know in advance that pets aren't really allowed in the back yard. We loved it and would return.

The property was amazing . You had a lot of things to do for as playing boardgames , bicycling , getting in the hot tube, or walking on the beach which was right across the street.

We loved being near beach access and Flagler Ave. there’s plenty of parking and lots of extras (bikes, chairs, ping pong, hot tub, yard). Everything is new and nice inside. Loved it!

This airbnb was the perfect place for my group of 8! We all slept comfortably, and had the most amazing time. The backyard was amazing for grilling and the outdoor shower post beach was a nice touch. The ping pong table was also definitely in use. Only about a 5 min walk to the beach which was amazing!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights and felt very much at home. I liked that the bedrooms were on a different level than the living area. The backyard was nice to relax and visit with family in. Once it hit dusk though there are little bugs that bite your legs. We walked across the street to the beach, very convenient location. Some things I would point out, we enjoyed this was a pet friendly property, as we brought along our little pup, but since the back yard is turf, there is a sign that the dogs cannot do their business back there. I understand and we would have picked up anything that she left behind, but it was a little inconvenient to have to go out front, and it's on a busy street. And lastly, if you have any smokers in your group, there is no smoking on any balcony nor the backyard. Aside from these minor things, we would recommend this property.

Extremely clean and well appointed property with many large decks with gorgeous views

The place was perfect for our group during bike week. Loved the 2 level deck, quiet backyard, and the size of the driveway. Everything was perfect for our 6 adult group, 5 motorcycles, and two trucks and trailers. Wasn’t an issue but just a heads up for others with trailers. The approach into the driveway was too steep to back in so we had to be creative using the space to prevent the trailers from dragging. We made it work but it was a surprise when we showed up. The neighbors driveways were what we used to back in at an angle. Over all, the place was a home run for us.

We had such an amazing stay. The town house was so beautiful, updated tastfully with beach decor and was sparkling clean. The ocean was directly across the street and took barely two minutes to walk to. Everything you can imagine was supplied as far as beach chairs, bikes towels, games...you name it and it was there. All you really need to bring are your bathing suits. We loved it and would definitely stay here again and are planning on it for next year.

Woke up sweating everyday with the air at 74. The house was very nice but hated the stairs. We had 2 service dogs that are still young and the stairs were a challenge with them. Getting the trash out from the kitchen with the stairs was also a challenge for all of us. We had 2 people that were heavy smokers that slept on the bottom floor by the door so they could go out and smoke but we got charged because it smelled like smoke. I know they didn’t smoke in the house. I have never had to pay for extra cleaning and was here. Unfortunately sometimes my job requires me to get dirty and are shoes were dirty so the base board in the one room where we stood a lot and took are shoes off there to was dirty. I guess they were things I would expect to clean after someone stayed for 3 weeks.

There was an extra cleaning/damage charge due to the dog waste found in the home, the damaged screen, chewed home items, and the new smell of smoke in the property. We had a great time at the house and would highly recommend it for large groups in search of a spacious place to stay near the beach. Very convenient beach access, and close to shopping and downtown. The management was quick to respond to our questions when they came up and the pictures accurately reflect what you can expect as a guest. We’d love to come back next time we’re in NSB.
