There's no better way to kick off vacation than with the ocean greeting you as you walk in. No matter what room you're in, the condo ensures you have your fill of Vitamin SEA.
Fuel up for a day of beachy fun by stepping into the kitchen for a bite. Even if cooking isn't your forte, you'll feel inspired to try in such a beautiful space. Light cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a fun backsplash make the kitchen feel chic. Your favorite amenities such as a drip coffee maker, kettle, griddle, and more are provided to make meal prep a breeze. Two dining options are provided within the condo. Quick meals can be served at the breakfast counter for three and formal dining can be held at the farmhouse table for six.
Throughout the day, your group will gravitate to the adorably chic living room. Wicker accent chairs and a leather reclining couch make it an enticing place to rest. Once you've picked your spot, you can relax to the view of the ocean or a show on the 55" TV equipped with cable, a Blu-Ray player, and streaming service apps. Those who work remotely can meet deadlines using the high-speed internet at the nearby desk.
The moments you'll remember most will undoubtedly be on the oceanfront balcony. Four chairs furnish this space and allow guests to enjoy NSB's beauty. Southwind is located on the no-drive portion of the beach making the view clear and unobstructed. You'll find yourself here with coffee in hand for the glorious ocean sunrises.
If you're not an early bird, you can witness the sunrise from the comfort of the primary suite's king bed. This bedroom has a large oceanfront window, flat-screen TV, and beachy wicker accents throughout. The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, a large vanity, and plenty of bath towels.
The second bedroom offers a similar experience with cute coastal décor, a 24" TV, and two full beds. It has a striking bathroom that boasts of a beautifully tiled bathtub/shower, wood-grain wallpaper, and soft bath towels.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, a Smart TV, drip coffee maker, designated workspace, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, a full size washer & dryer, and the best views of NSB.

Die Lage direkt am Strand und das Wellenrauschen waren einfach klasse. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt. Schade dass der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert hat und es fehlten einige Kleiderbügel.- Posted: 11/18/2024

Great beachfront condo
This 9th floor beachfront condo was a great week long family getaway. We’ve booked many vacations through vrbo, and I’ve never stayed at any with zero reviews before. However, we made the exception this time, and took the risk based off the pictures & desertion. I had to assume that it was a new rental property owner, and everyone has to start somewhere so we went for it and booked it. We were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival, the condo was very clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The furniture all seemed to be new or very well taken care of. The rug in the master bedroom was an absolute dream to walk on! The balcony was perfect! The chairs were super comfy, and dry. I worried that they would be soaked from the afternoon rainfalls, but they were not at all!!! It was a great place to kickback in the mornings and watch the dolphins. Yep…dolphins. Every morning we saw 2-3 dolphins swimming around. Being on the 9th floor it was the perfect viewpoint. The condo came furnished with beach chairs, a beach umbrella (although it would have been nice to have the screw in stakes since it was so windy), beach toys (if you have any littles), wake boards, a styrofoam cooler (which we didn’t use since we brought our own). Every day we would all 4 (my husband, my 13 & 17 year old sons and myself) load up a backpack beach chair, umbrella, wake board and our beach tent & cooler we brought and head down to the beach. We would spend the late morning through 4-5p bouncing back and forth between the pool and the ocean. It was wonderful! We did encounter a few kinks though. The gate code we were provided in our check-in email didn’t work. My husband emailed the rental place and they did provide us with the correct code eventually. But we ended up gaining access by then by waiting for someone else to enter and then follow them in. The office was closed, but our packet with keys and parking pass were in the lock box. There were only 3 beach towels & only FOUR wash clothes yet tons of bath towels. I emailed the rental place complaining that we were a family of 4 and both shortcomings didn’t seem right. They said beach towels disappear but they did purchase more wash clothes and dropped them off at the condo (we had to go buy a 4th beach towel ourselves). Wifi never worked. Even after calling to complain multiple times. Their suggestions to fix never worked…so we dropped it. Be prepared to buy commodities…even dish soap.- Posted: 8/23/2021

Vaca
Office was closed when we arrived, no packet in the box like we were told there would be. We had to email to get instructions on how to enter. No parking pass until we emailed about a warning ticket on our car. Gate code changes on mondays and we were not informed(found out from a resident that was waiting behind us to get in). Hi Ernie, We sincerely apologize on behalf of the complex for the issues that occurred during your stay! The on-site office is responsible for leaving check-in packets for guests upon their arrival. Gate codes do not change regularly, but had been changed the day prior to your arrival after you had received the check-in document. We sincerely apologize for not notifying you sooner.
