From the moment you walk in, you'll feel the beach's calm working its magic. This haven has a cozy yet playful feel as it's composed of warm wood flooring and light accents. The living room's plush wrap-around couch will immediately invite you to rest from your travels. Utilize the sofa's reclining feature and kick off your RandR with a show on the 65" Samsung Smart TV. The TV is equipped with cable, a Sony Blu Ray player, and streaming services (just remember to bring your own log-ins!).

As you continue to settle in, step into the kitchen adjacent from the dining table for four. Honey wood cabinetry, black appliances, and warm granite countertops makes this galley kitchen one you'll love cooking in. Aside from its amazing backyard view, this space boasts of special amenities such as a sink hot water dispenser, 4-slot toaster, Keurig and drip coffee makers, crockpot, and more.

While a lovely dining set is provided indoors, you'll often prefer to enjoy the Florida warmth and eat in the home's magical backyard. Persuade the grill-master of your group to get dinner started and enjoy appetizers and drinks at the picnic table beneath the pergola. Along with providing shade, the pergola also creates nighttime ambiance with its string lights. The backyard also features amenities such as a bench swing, an outdoor shower, and private solid fencing.

When it's bedtime, you'll be more than eager to retire to the coastal, shabby chic primary suite. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ample dresser space, and a 43" Samsung Smart TV. Adjoining is the primary bathroom which has a luxurious walk-in shower and modern vanity.

The rest of your family will love their stays in the second and third bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 43" Samsung Smart TVs and sleep up to two guests; one bedroom has a queen and the other two twin beds. They share the second bathroom which accommodates with a glass-encased bathtub and plenty of soft bath towels.

This beach house is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is an outdoor shower, high-speed internet, Smart TVs, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a laundry area with a washer/dryer and utility sink, and outdoor driveway parking. The home is a 4 minute walk from both the driving and non-driving section of the beach as well as a popular oceanfront park. Snack and ice cream runs are made easy as 7/11 and Izzy's Island Tacos are only a 3 minute walk away. Local dining and shopping on Flagler Ave and the nearby grocery store are less than a 7 minute drive from the home.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure.
