Smyrna Beach Club 607A

Place was very clean, decorated nicely, and had an amazing beach view. Pool was where we stayed most of the time and was great. Lots of tables and lounge chairs available. Was all we had hoped for our vacation.

Its a nice condo right on the beach with excellent view of the ocean. It had all the essentials for what we needed for our stay. we did have problems with the hot water on our last night but I would classify that as **it happens. definately would consider staying there again

The condo was perfect for our stay. Balcony is perfect for enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Clean comfortable unit, had everything neede for a relaxing stay! Bonus was a large window down a small hall where we could see the ocean from the bedroom and wake up to the sunrise!

We had problems getting in and out of the gate. The guests need to be assigned clickers instead of cards that don’t work that well.

Found condo to be as advertised. Great location and the complex was in good condition. Having beach chairs and umbrellas at the condo very handy. Bring at least $3.00 in quarters to wash the beach towels. Would definitely come back again.

I booked from a different site other than VRBO and was charged about one hundred dollars more as a result. That was not so good. There was construction in an apt two floors up which woke me up with jack hammering and went on throughout most of my stay. I’m sure the owner did not know of this so I’ll not withhold stars. Otherwise 5 stars

We stayed one week at this condo in NSB and were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The most astounding view of the ocean in almost every room. It was just beautiful. We did have a little problem with our very noisy neighbor but that does not reflect on the restful condo in which we were staying.

This really was the perfect couple getaway! We needed some R&R and this condo provided just what we were looking for. Being on the 6th floor made for beautiful views up and down the private beaches. While the location was a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Ave. the privacy and uncrowded beaches made up for not being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The pool area was very nice with tables, chairs, loungers and umbrellas but we spent every free moment at the beach. Even did a little boogie boarding and saw others trying to surf, but this just depended on the waves each day. The water was warm and clear. Of course, the perfect location would have been completely spoiled if the condo and complex was not cared for. NOT the case at all! Extremely clean, this unit is right next to the elevator and super close to the laundry. Friendly neighbors although the resident right next door listened to music during the day that was a little disturbing. This never went on into the evening though so did not bother us much. If you love coffee, we highly recommend Island Roasters on North Causeway. Being gluten free we found a gem of a restaurant in Casa Verde! Fresh fare, reasonable prices. Amore also offered gluten free pizza and pasta.

We have stayed in this condo several times. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The people at Great Ocean Condos were very helpful and made the reservation process easy. We have always found the condo very clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony is amazing! It is right on the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. There are lots of things to do at the complex, including tennis and shuffleboard. We will definitely be back!
