Welcome to Shorehom 51 a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom that sleeps 8 guests comfortably. This is on the quiet, dune-covered non-driving beach and is perfect for a family vacation. Wake up to the sound of waves in the king master bedroom that is directly on the ocean and put the kids in the guest bedroom that has a twin over full bunk bed and double bed. At the end of a fun day at the beach, you can entertain the family with games and books. There is also a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room and a large open and bright kitchen. There is a brand-new washer and dryer located inside the unit for your convenience. The complex is in a great fully residential location and is within biking distance to the Canaveral National Seashore, which is one of the largest stretches of undeveloped coastline on the east coast of Florida. About Shorehom Complex:

You’ll have to decide where you want to spend all your time when you vacation here. Indoors you’ll treasure the comfort of our tastefully decorated and well-equipped 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and 3 bedrooms/3-bathroom units. At just six levels, every condo on every floor at Shorehom by the Sea is easily accessed. Relish the seasonally heated pool, large, gated pool deck, manicured grounds, and the path through the sea oats speckled dunes to the quiet beach. Built in 1979, this attractive complex has only 58 units. In addition to the excellent pool area, you’ll find a shuffleboard court onsite for more fun and exercise. There are plenty of open parking spots for guests. Another valuable amenity at Shorehom by the Sea is the convenience of a washer and dryer inside every unit. No common area coin-operated laundry room here.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish. Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. Nice quiet stay

The condo was spotless. There was already plenty of coffee filters so don’t buy any. I would also be sure to bring usb ports. Great view, easy access, and a responsive host.

Great Property

We loved our stay. Great property and well managed. Easy check in and check out. Unit had good selection of board games which provided some family entertainment. Nice size TVs in all rooms for when not being active. Fully stocked kitchen for easy cooking/eating. General location is great and beach access is easy. During our stay the pool was under renovation and would have been nice to know this before the day of check in, but we still would not have changed our stay. Overall very happy with the property and process.

The condo was very nice! The pool is great! We loved the area! It's so beautiful! I'm a repeat customer to Great Ocean Condos. This condo at SHOREHAM 51 has lots of towels and sheets. The beds are comfy and the condo was clean. The owners of the condo are very appreciative of their renters and it shows. Thx for giving our family a great memory.

Sweet 16 Celebration

We took several teenage girls to the beach for the weekend. The condo was set up great, with multiple beds in one room. The beach was beautiful and the view from the balcony amazing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. The property was very nice even though the neighboring condo was undergoing major renovation. The beach was not horribly congested which was nice for enjoying the water. Thus would be somewhere I would consider returning to!

Best view, great location!!

My family and I came here for spring break and had a fantastic stay. The condo was very clean, we had everything we needed and the view was spectacular!! The location was great due to the fact it was a very short walk to the no drive portion of the beach (we prefer that area since we have little ones) It was also very convenient to be within walking distance to several great restaurants including Izzy’s Tacos, SoNapa and Mannys. My only suggestions would be that the condo could use a little updating, it’s a bit dated and a new kitchen sink that has a sprayer. Thank you for a great stay!!

Very comfortable and good experience

The condo is conviniently located right on the beach front. The view from the balcony is stunning , lots of towels and sheets available for guests. Nothing can beat the calm sounds of waves right in your backyard.

Amazing Beachfront Views!!!

Our stay at this property was truly enjoyable. Last year we came to New Smyrna and stayed at another property that didn't have a beachfront view and wasn't updated at all for around same price. But this year, our condo at Shoreham was amazing! The beachfront views were unbeatable and breathtaking! The condo was spacious and updated with very comfortable beds. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed too! The location was great being on no car/drive area of the beach and was not crowded at all compared to Flagler Street beach area. We will definitely be back again to New Smyrna and without hesitation stay in this condo again!!!

This was a hidden gem. The outside of the condo was deceptively plain but when you walk through the door, it was breathtaking. The view commands attention and I loved the kitchen. The kids loved the room that they were in and everyone slept very well. This condo had everything that we needed. I loved the closet full of towels, blankets, and rugs. The main advice that I would give future visitors is about the no-see-ums. If you want to sit on the balcony in the evening purchase a mosquito coil to keep them away and maybe some mosquito bracelets/bug spray to wear outside. Other than that, our trip was perfect and we would definitely return to this beach and stay here again.

Shorehom 51 is a fantastic condo!

Shorehom 51 is a fantastic condo - all the comfort and amenities of home, but with that million dollar view!. The condo is on the most beautiful part of the non-driving beach, but is very close to all the wonderful things to do in downtown New Smyrna, Daytona and even a short drive to Orlando!
