All units are directly on the ocean with private balconies. A full complement of kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, and TV & internet in each unit. Covered parking with gated entry. We proudly provide on-site property management for condominium owners. A comfortable living area provides a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from your balcony. New Smyrna Beach has miles of beautiful beach to walk on, ride a bike, or just relax in the Sun. Amenities offered are Sauna, Shuffleboard, and Heated Pool.
