From the moment you step through the front door, you'll feel as if you've always belonged in this comfortable getaway by the sea. The walls are arrayed in soothing greyish tones and light tile flooring stretches from your spot in the entryway throughout the rest of the condo. Turn into the kitchen on your left for a bright, aesthetic atmosphere and some pre-beach snacks. From lovely cream cabinets to marbled granite countertops to pristine stainless steel appliances, this fully stocked kitchen appeals to both your inner chef and interior-design-loving heart.

The kitchen pass-through is lined with several barstools and a dining table for four sits directly behind. With such a beautiful area for cooking and plenty of dining space, plan to stay in a night or two for a home-style family dinner.

When your skin is glowing from a day in the sun, settle in for a nap between the cozy cushions on one of the living room couches. This living space provides plenty of plush seating, beachy decorations, and a mirrored wall that creates a sense of spaciousness in the room. After a long, sand-filled day, you and yours will love gathering around to watch a family favorite on the 50" flat-screen TV.

Before the sun slips down for the night, enjoy the pink streaked evening sky from the privacy of your furnished balcony. Four white chairs are provided for enjoying the direct, bird's eye view of the complex pools and the expanse of ocean on the right.

When your eyes can't stay open any longer, give them a glorious 8 hours rest in the newly decorated master retreat. This spacious bedroom exudes a light feeling with its soft tones, cozy king bed, and large ocean view window. Guests can enjoy both a cushioned chaise lounge for evening reads as well as a large flat-screen TV to drift asleep to. Nearby, you'll find the master bathroom with a walk-in shower with a moveable showerhead, a granite top vanity, and plenty of soft bath linens.

While you relax in your airy retreat, your kids will love their stay in the light, youthful guest bedroom. With a full/twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV that comes with Roku, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easily the children agree to bedtime! The guest bathroom provides a standard tub with a moveable showerhead, a granite top vanity, and plenty of plush bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, and Roku.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The condo at Sea Coast Gardens III WAS excellent in every way. The location was great, the rental unit was very well equipped with everything you would need, the ocean view was fantastic, it was great being just steps from the beach.

We had a wonderful experience. Condo had everything needed for a combo work and vacation stay. Such easy access to the beach and the miles of beautiful sand. Pools and property are well maintained, plenty of lounge chairs, etc. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is so comfortable from the couch to the bed. We loved the well stocked kitchen that even had some spices and oil. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Nice big balcony with seating and view of the ocean. Definitely will be back

Excessive cleaning tasks to check out. Why is there a cleaning fee included if you even require the guests to do the laundry?

Place was beautiful condo people were very nice

Place was very nice But noise from construction was very loud and the final price was not given to me in the first stages of contract other people staying were paying 1500 to 2000 less than us Loved the place and the people we delt with would stay longer at something the same Was not happy with VRBO

Loved the complex! The beach chair area above the water was great for tanning and looking out at the ocean. Playing shuffleboard was fun too. Condo had a beautiful view and comfortable amenities.

Snowflake retreat

Actually, it wasn't VRBO that made our trip so enjoyable. Upon selecting the property from Airbnb, they just passed us off to Great Ocean Condos in New Smyrna Beach but charged a REDACTED processing/management REDACTED. After that, all communication with the property manager, was with GOC. They did a great job with us even upgrading to a different property when the one we originally selected was undergoing extensive rooftop and AC repair. I also was able to negotiate a REDACTED for the upgrade, but GOC had their own management REDACTED so it was really a zero sum gain. VRBO was very unresponsive when I asked for a REDACTRED on their REDACTED, indicating corporate policies and their being a final arbitrator with GOC or the condo owner if things went south. But my interaction with GOC led me to think otherwise as, again, they bent over backwards to accommodate my wife and me. Another grype that I have with VRBO is their misleading advertising regarding the actual final cost of the rental; usually far above the advertised nightly price when all fees and taxes are lumped on. I have read a few news articles regarding this quasi bait and switch tactic and believe VRBO needs to change its way of doing business Bottom line is that I'll be researching and contracting directly with the actual management agencies in the future. It undoubtedly will take more time but I believe it will save a good deal of money in the end.
