** Updates to the Sea Coast Gardens complexes are ongoing, though mostly completed. The majority of work and landscaping updates have been concluded at this time, and there are only minor projects still in the works, including a temporary sea wall railing that is in place and minor amounts of debris left over from previous work on the outskirts of the parking lot. **
Come relax in this well-appointed one-bedroom condo that sleeps four guests! Enjoy a quick snack or make a full meal in the newly remodeled kitchen. All appliances are stainless steel and there is plenty of space to prepare whatever you or your guests are desiring.
Invite another couple over to dine with you. Seating for six in the dining room and living room is available.
Relax in the evening and watch TV in the king sized bed with a full bathroom just around the corner.
Wake up to a beautiful sunrise while sipping coffee on the balcony. Spectacular views of the surf and sand are right in front of your eyes.
Don't forget to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.
This complex is prized for its getaway appeal because it is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. This New Smyrna Condo complex offers the ultimate experience for water lovers with its beach view condos, oceanfront condos and spectacular sunset views.

The condo was great, clean, convenient to shopping for us, we’ve stayed at other condos along the strip but this one was really nice, the heated pool a plus, the staff was helpful and friendly, an asset to you development, I hope to return.
This is not a complaint but a suggestion, as we are seniors the throw rugs were a tripping hazard for us, we rolled them up and put them back when we left. It was no big deal. I loved our stay. Thanks, Kathy O- Posted: 2/28/2025

We LOVED our stay at Sea Coast Gardens III unit #316! This 3rd floor room was perfect for our family of 4! We were welcomed with a card and a bottle of wine! The updated kitchen was so nice with beautiful cabinet lighting. Our kids enjoyed their ocean-themed room and the balcony had a great view of the pools and ocean. The beach was beautiful, not too busy at all for the beginning of June! We rarely waited for an elevator and the pools were never too crowded; we could always find a chair. The two tiny pools are baby pools, not hot tubs, which we were mistaken. This room came well-stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella, which was great since flew to Orlando and then drove to New Smyrna with no beach gear! The resort is not far from restaurants and the New Smyrna Speedway! Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future!- Posted: 6/16/2021

Unusual Vacation
We arrived Monday afternoon and Unfortunately my husband spent the rest of the vacation in the NSB Hospital. We were unable to enjoy the beach, pools, etc. But I enjoyed the safety and comfort of the condo each nite after daily visits to the hospital. Vicki- Posted: 4/16/2021

Great condo. Updated, thoughtful items for a family spending an entire week at the beach. Clean. Communication was great. Appreciated it all.
