Enjoy the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this lovely condo. The primary bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the dining area has room for 6. Invite friends to dinner in your slice of paradise! Also includes one twin aero bed for the youngest visitors.

From the second floor, this condo provides a scenic ocean-view. Hear the sounds of the Atlantic crashing ashore from this condo, while relaxing on the balcony.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation. This property also offers free assigned parking.

This condo is not pet-friendly and does not allow smoking.

You'll be just as happy inside a Sea Coast Gardens Condo as outside. Inside you'll find beautiful one- and two-bedroom accommodations. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy two seasonally heated pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, shuffleboard courts, an expansive beach deck and private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1973 and has 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens II and 85 units in Sea Coast Gardens III.

This complex is prized for its getaway appeal because it is located on the non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. This New Smyrna Condo complex offers the ultimate experience for water lovers with its beach view condos, oceanfront condos and spectacular sunset views.

Great place to stay. Just didn't have access to the water. Wish we would have known. But all good other than that. Shower was amazing. We cook at night so it was well stocked. Nice location will be back.

Never Better!

We had the best stay at SCGIII. Everything was as specified. They are still working on the sea wall so you have to go to the other side of pool to get access to the beach but it’s literally just a few extra steps! Super convenient, easy access when checking in, and super clean! We can’t wait for next summer.

Nice property for quick trip

Long weekend trip

The condo was very nice and accommodating. We had one very minor issue when we first arrived. We had two couples with two total vehicles and in the condo only had one parking pass. Called the property manager and had another pass within the hour. Would highly recommend.

Great 2-BR with a view of pools, ocean and shuffleboard courts. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use any items from the owner closet as we brought our own chairs, umbrellas, so can’t comment on that. We rented 3 units and this was by far the classiest, cleanest and best equipped. Love this property - we’ve come for over 25 years off and on with our kids who brought their kids for this first time this visit. Magical for all of us!

Nice cozy condo

The condo was clean and cozy. Alot of supplies lime dishes crick pot extra beach towels etc. Us ladies felt safe there . The only issue was the pools were very cold. But the beach was great. Enjoyed Canal Street and North Atlantic shopping. Fold was excellent at Flagler Inn and The Treehouse.

Beautiful views and accommodations

Such a breath of fresh air after checking out of another resort a few miles down the beach after one day due to false advertising. Was supposed to be on the beach with a pool and it was across the street and you had to go to another property to use the pool.
