405 was a beautiful condo. I had to fly alone being that my son could not go, but I felt very comfortable and safe in this condo. My daughter and her family were in 410 so I was able to see her and babysit my new granddaughter??. We have come to New Smyrna Beach since our kids were little. Now we are coming with our granddaughter! We will be back next year, so I hope this condo will be avail again around the same time (August). Thank you!

A great place to stay and right on the ocean….plus not far away from the downtown area, the grocery store and plenty of restaurants!

Loved this property. The beach is a no drive section, secluded from the crazy every day beach goers more, but still beautiful with ample access and areas for fun. There's a store right across the street for groceries and everything you'd need (super convenient) and all the amenities you'd think you'd ever need in the room.

I just came home from a great trip! We LOVED this condo and will definitely stay again! I will divide my comments into those about the actual condo and those about the management company to be fair.
The Condo
WOW!! What a view!! that view is EVERYTHING AND YOU HAVE IT FROM ALMOST EVERY ROOM!
The condo is light, bright with comfortable and tasteful furniture and decor. This unit (III/202) was substituted at the last minute because the original unit (II/405) became damaged. The condo was just lovely and the owner included many nice touches such as good beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels! We will ask for this unit again!
The Property Manager;
When we were able to get through to them they were always helpful and tried very hard understand and resolve the issue. It was difficult to reach them on several important occasions and I'm sure this is because like most everyone, they seemed understaffed. There was confusion about our reservation due to the change not being updated.

Have stayed at multiple units at this property and this one was probably the best as far as upkeep and decor. FYI hurricanes have caused a lot of erosion damage at this property and most properties which is out if anyone’s control. Will stay again.

This place is amazing! You will not be disappointed. It’s so comfortable, quiet, clean and inviting. The decor is cute! I was a little worried my youngest would break something…. But I just move the things I was worried about out of his reach and it was great! The views of the ocean are amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times! The only “not great” thing was the portal communication. It took them a while to respond and I had issues logging in. That by no means would deter me from staying again. My entire family wants to come back! Highly recommended staying here!

Everything was as lovely and tastefully decorated as in the photos. Many things seemed new. Furniture arrangement was comfortable and well chosen. Classy, but not stiff. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise to have every supply or tool we wanted. We appreciated there was hand soap and dish soap supplied, and cooking spray and spices! The entire complex seemed to be freshly painted, stairwells and sidewalks always clean. The heated pool was very nice since the ocean water is pretty cold at this time of the year! The porch chairs were very comfortable and we relaxed with our books every day. If I have to make any suggestion for improvement, it would only be to help a short person reach the spices. So maybe a handy step stool, or keep spices on a lower shelf- a very minor detail!

This condo had the perfect amenities for our family - comfortable seating for 4 adults for movie nights, big table for meals and board games, comfortable balcony furniture for reading or evening drinks, thoroughly outfitted kitchen, and oh, that view! We have stayed at Sea Coast Gardens 2 several times and would definitely stay in this unit again! Thanks for a lovely week!

Unit 405 was beautifully decorated and modern, comfortable and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony furnishings, and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella there for our use. Sea Coast Gardens has a great beach access, nice deck and pools. It was a wonderful vacation for us. We did not want to leave!

This condo was perfect. Everything was pristine upon arrival. It was tastefully decorated and well stocked with linens. The kitchen had every item we could think of and more. The view was breathtaking from the master bedroom and living room. You feel completely surrounded by the beach in this unit! You just walk out the door and you are on the beach, cannot get any closer! Beyond the perfect vacation condo, Great Ocean Condos was a fantastic vacation rental management company to work with. They provided all the information and made everything so easy. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
