Dine, relax, and fall asleep all to the sight of the Atlantic's waves when you stay in Sea Coast Condominiums 418. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit allows guests to experience seaside living by NSB's non-driving shore. With the fantastic views of the ocean, pool and the golden sand steps away, you and five others will never want to leave this getaway.
The condo's interior is cozy and perfect for a comfortable stay. Beach snacks and happy hour drinks can be prepped in the fully-stocked kitchen. White cabinetry and appliances give this space an open, airy feel. Amenities such as a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, air fryer, pots and pans, a glass-top stove, and more are provided for your vacation. There's no need to venture far as this condo offers oceanfront dining. Enjoy good food and each other's company all with the crashing waves in sight!
While most of your time will be divided between the pool and beach, you'll love returning to the cozy living room in the evenings. The living room is furnished with a flat-screen SMART TV with all the apps and cable so you can unwind to your favorite shows, reclining grey couches, and a rocker recliner. The condo provides high-speed internet; however, if you're seeking a tech-free vacation, you and yours can enjoy the ample games, cards, and puzzles provided.
If you'd rather end the day with the salty breeze in your hair, step onto the furnished balcony. This space has a fourth-floor view of the beach, complex sun deck, and pool below. We recommend pairing dessert and a glass of wine with such a view!
When you're ready to retire, you'll find a king bed awaiting you in the primary bedroom. Along with a great night's rest, this suite provides a flat-screen SMART TV and ample dresser space for personals. The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower, a tall toilet with quiet-close seat, and plenty of bath towels.
The rest of your group will also find R&R in their bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds. Nearby is the guest bathroom that has a bathtub with sliding glass doors, a quiet-close toilet seat, and soft bath linens.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, a pack-n-play, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There are beach chairs and toys provided, although not guaranteed.
Don’t forget to check the launch schedule from Cape Canaveral, as launches can be viewed directly from the beach in front of the condo!
What to bring:
While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
Great Ocean Condos and Homes happily rents to guests 25 years and older.
Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1973 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1 and 2 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Sea Coast is perfect for families and is a great getaway for your next vacation!

Awesome ocean views
The unit was exactly as pictured and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. Guest bathroom is ready for an upgrade but was perfectly functional. The management company responded quickly after a bad rain storm to address a leak. The only drawback we experienced was not knowing how far the elevator was from the room as my mom is 90 years old and uses a walker and it was quite a trek. The condo was excellent - clean, updated, fantastic views. Only one small item future visitors should know - there are no spices of any kind except salt and pepper. My only dislike was a mandatory "damage waiver" that was assessed without the parameters of this mandatory assessment mentioned or described anywhere. Quick Family Getaway
It was a great spot to bring my young daughter (7) and two nephews (15 & 17) for a quick little family getaway. Great restaurants nearby, beach was clean and not too crowded, and we all had our own space for sleep and two bathrooms. The accomodations were clean and had everything we needed to be comfy! Weekend wedding trip
We enjoyed the property and the views from the balcony were fabulous. We saw wonderful sunrises each morning. There is a nice pool area and although there was construction blocking normal beach access, we were able to get to the beach easily through another property. I would recommend providing more bath towels and washcloths as one per person for 3 days was not sufficient.- Posted: 5/12/2024

Relaxing location
