We loved staying at this little beach house with a pool. It had all the conveniences of home packed into a small, but totally functional, package. As the parents of a toddler, we really loved the safety fence that blocked off the pool. We met the owners, and they were super nice. We can’t wait to book this place again!

The location was great and right cross the street from the beach. The beach across the street is closed due to storm damage, but there is a public access point one short block down the street, was made beach access very easy.
The backyard is very private and entry to the apartment is very easy with parking a few feet away from the gate into the back yard. The pool is private to this apartment, which means no one else will be using it.
Although the apartment has a little age on the inside, it was everything we needed and wanted and would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean, and had a washer/dryer.
If going in the summer, the no see ums (chitras) are bad and, since I am a bug magnet, I had a lot of bites. Bring bug spray!

I really enjoyed this place. Now if you’re coming with a large group it is more of like a triplex so that was a little confusing but me and my kids fit in the main house by the pool no issues. Overall would definitely rent this property again.

Great property, more than expected. Pool was amazing and the house had everything you could want and location cannot be better!! Met the owner when we arrived, he was very nice! Only negative our access code did not give us access to the 3rd bedroom/2nd bath, located in a studio adjacent to main unit. I called property management company and did not receive a call back. We did not need the bedroom but access to that bath would have been appreciated. Despite that- big picture, property was fantastic, we had an amazing time and I would absolutely recommend and rent this property again.

Upon arrival al and seeing the pool, it was much smaller than pictures made it look. However, by the next day, I realized that pool was more than adequate for us. I enjoyed every aspect of the residence. My only complaint is that there was no fitted sheet of my bed.

Fantastic place to stay. Absolutely great location. Ocean is across the street and pool just for us to use. Everything we needed for ocean escapades was provided for our entire family, boards to swim, chairs to sit, toys to play in a sand. There were few pool noodles for us to use, but we had our own things with us either way. Flagler street, any kind of restaurant, kayak experience and all kinds of stores are all within 5-10 min driving.
The house is divided into 3 different sections. We rented the Pool Side Oasis, which came with 2 different sections of the house ( two different completely separate entrances): Mini Oasis and Pool Oasis. Both only for our use. Third part that was not rented out during our stay is called the Beach Side Oasis (because it is facing the ocean, you can't see it from the house though). We liked our side much better.
As a side note I would advise to try to contact Great Ocean Condos directly with any questions and especially key codes, because the communication through Airbnb was not so great. Still 5 star rating though.

Family from Montgomery AL and Minneapolis, MN got together for a long weekend. Despite not using the pool because of the cool weather and some rain, we all enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to have friends visit! Flagler Ave was so close, we got to see our personalized brick! Fun times!

The Poolside Oasis was great for us and our dog as we stayed in New Smyrna Beach for a week. It was right across the street from the beach so I driving at all. The fenced in backyard provided a ton of space for our dog to get energy out. The pool was super private and had all the area we needed.
Inside was no frills but did the trick for us. Who wants to stay inside in FL on vacation anyway? It had all we needed and we were comfortable.
I’d recommend if all the above aligns with what you are looking for in a vaca!

Jennifer’s place was fantastic for our family of four and two fur babies. You cannot beat the location, across A1A from public beach access. The fenced in backyard was a plus for our pups and the pool is fabulous.
