The condo was absolutely beautiful and so well kept! When there was a slight issue with our door code when we were checking in they were super responsive and solved right away. The location was great and the beach beautiful. It was great this condo provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and beach toys! We would most definitely book this condo again!

We enjoyed our stay and the view from the 8th floor was wonderful. Our dog also enjoyed the view and smells from the balcony. I wish we could return next year, but the condo will no longer allow pets in 2023. Otherwise, we would return to this condo and recommend it to travelers without pets.

Beautifully remodeled condo with everything we needed. Everything is new with its own new washer and dryer. The only suggestion I would make is to send check out requirements the day people leave. We have multiple stops on this journey so it was hard to find at the last minute with all the other emails. We would be back if it would continue to be Dogfriendly. Wonderful spot.

We really liked the condo. It was so nice with the balcony. pool was blocked from beach, so when it was windy it was nice at the pool. small park for the kids right down the beach, and easy access to the beach.

This was our first time in NSB and this condo did not disappoint! The first day the AC took a little time to cool down, but I’m assuming because no one had been in the condo. Other than that it had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time. It was an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The second room with a full bed and bunks were perfect for our kids ages 6,9 and 10. Some of the rental fees seemed high, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

You could not find a better view of the ocean than the view from this condo. Every morning we enjoyed having coffee on the spacious balcony. The condo has been recently remodeled. Tastefully decorated with a nice beach feel. The condo has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, plenty of towels to an in-unit washer/dryer. It was clean and well maintained. Great Oceans Condos, the management company, did a good job providing us all the information we needed prior to our stay. The condo is located close to a number of local restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed So Napa (directly across the street), Yellow Dog Eats and The Wake Up Cafe (for breakfast). One restaurant you can't miss on a trip to New Smyrna Beach is JB's Fish Camp which is just a few miles south of the condo. It is located on the intercoastal waterway where people kayak and boat right up to the restaurant. We saw manatee swimming feet away from our table as we sat on the deck. My husband and I will definitely choose to stay at this condo on our next visit to New Smyrna Beach Florida.

We had a very nice two week stay. The condo was well appointed. The condo community was very friendly. The resort area was very people and dog friendly. We have booked four weeks next January. The only suggestion that we have is that it would be nice to have some light weight beach chairs for condo renter's use.

Our stay was too short. Our next stay will be as enjoyable but longer. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Balcony over looks the Atlantic with a sunrise that is AWESOME! Loved the endless waves rolling on the endless beach with an unwavering rhythm. Whether the waves were pounding the surf or lulling you to sleep it was beautiful. My favorite place was on their balcony eating breakfast, lunch or just sipping on our favorite beverage. Kitchen is very accommodating but you also have a wide variety of Café's or choices of restaurants. Golf is always near by...

We were delighted when we arrived at this warm and comfortable condo for a few days of rest and relaxation!!! Sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine was just what we needed! But the sunrise in the morning with the surf crashing was even better!! After a cup or two of coffee, we made our way to town and a darling little restaurant for breakfast! Who needs to cook with great restaurants nearby!! We look forward to our return visit!

Enjoyed my Christmas vacation in New Smyrna Beach. Loved the small town feel and how close this condo was to restaurants and attractions. I woke up every morning and ran along the beach, which was only steps away from my door. The ocean view from the balcony, especially at night, was amazing. We were there through New Year's Eve and could see the fireworks from Flagler Avenue, as well as private displays all along the shoreline. The accommodations make you feel like you are at home, which made it harder to leave at the end of our stay. We can't wait to return and stay here again.

My husband and I took our three children to New Smyrna Beach for a beach vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful condo we choose, and had a wonderful time. The guest bedroom was perfect for our two younger children and our teenage daughter enjoyed her own space on the pull-out couch in the living room. The amenities including the pool, game room and picnic/grill area were enjoyed by all. The ocean-front setting was the the best amenity of all. We loved the dining options and the various water sport activities within walking distance. Disney World was only an hour away. The kids can't wait to go back!

Brought my son and granddaughter for a relaxing beach vacation after Christmas and was very satisfied with the lovely accommodations and oceanfront setting. Everything we needed was provided and we couldn't have been happier. I was worried that the eight year old might get bored but she had the time of her life. When it rained she played video games, watched movies and played board games. When the sun was shining she swam in the pool, buggie boarded on the ocean waves, and kayaked with the Dolphins on the intra coastal waterway. They had their own bedroom and bath which gave my wife and I our privacy and down time. Great Ocean Condos were very professional and know how to take the worry out of booking and traveling. We will definitely go back to this condo again.

What a great condo. Right on the ocean and close to everything. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the beach activity below, as well as swimming in the beautiful heated pool. The accommodations were clean and decorated to perfection. Everything we needed was provided and then some. A short beach walk to restaurants and shopping. We brought our dog and were very pleased with how dog friendly the whole community was...even a separate dog beach at NSB Dunes. Access was easy and the manager was available if we needed anything...which we didn't. We will definitely come back again to this community and this condo. We might try to paddle board next time.
