Relaxation mode begins the moment you step through the condo's door. Light walls and tile flooring mimic the outdoor coastal hues. Before you spend the rest of the day on the oceanfront balcony, explore your home away from home.
Those who arrive with beach snacks and groceries will gravitate to the updated kitchen. The kitchen has a fresh feeling with its white beadboard cabinetry, white appliances, and granite countertops. Along with a clean aesthetic, this space is fully equipped for any recipe you're eager to try. A Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and more provide guests a seamless cooking experience. Plus, the kitchen grants its chefs a dreamy view to chop and prep to! Meals can be enjoyed at the dining room table for four.
In between trips to the shore, kick back in the living room. You'll never have to say goodbye to the sea as this room has a direct and corner view of the ocean. Pick a spot on either the pull-out couch or one of the three recliners and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV equipped with cable. If you'd rather spend your R&R in the Florida sunshine, you can do so on the third-floor balcony. With a sweeping view of the driving and non-driving shore, this space is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.
After walks on the beach and wading through the waves, you'll be more than ready to retire to the primary bedroom. Fall asleep in the king bed to a late-night movie and awake to the sun rising over the ocean in the morning. Along with exclusive access to the balcony, the bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a standard bathtub and soft bath linens.

Point East condominiums are renowned for their envied oceanfront location along the non-driving shore of New Smyrna Beach. This 84 unit complex has recently undergone complete renovations and now boasts of a brand new roof, fresh landscaping, a redone pool deck, and updated pool chairs. Along with its prime location, guests are provided a community pavilion, a grill, 2 shuffleboard courts, a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool. Great ocean view condo
Great location, excellent view, with access to the beach and nice park next door. Pool was great, though would be nice with a hot tub. The place definitely suited most of our needs, however, having 1 year olds, it wasn't the best in regards to being child proofed - windows with no screens, reachable dead bolt, chairs next to the balcony railings. Very nice unit

Wonderful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and loved this condo overlooking the beach. Wish they had washer and dryer inside unit and there were some blinds missing from sliding glass door windows. Hope that does not affect the turtles. Otherwise there was everything we needed in the unit. Thank you!- Posted: 7/31/2022

Last Minute Getaway
The condo unit was clean and tidy. The bed and recliners were very comfortable! The kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook. The views from the living room, bedroom and balcony were outstanding! You can't get any closer to the beach! The beach is also very clean. This was a great property for us.
