About the Oceanwalk Community

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no-drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.
Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located in the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and more. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level and a rooftop observation deck. We stayed as the ocean condos for 4 nights. The condo is spacious, clean and conveniently located near the ocean. There are 2 recreation centers with pools, gyms, barbecues. We had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was so nice - near beach access, the complex was so private and safe, and our view of the open landscape was lovely. The house was exactly as described. We even got to visit the pool which was so nice as well. I highly recommend this cute little condo!! Felt at home & very comfortable.

Home was beautiful a lot bigger than seen in the picture. Host has plenty of beach’s towels and beach chair. The balcony is very big and the master room is beautiful. Would definitely stay again !

Taking a Break

We had a wonderful stay. Condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful view of nature with fantastic view of sunset. If you are looking for a quiet location away from town this is the place for you. We rented bicycles and had a great time riding on the beach with no traffic.

This is our third year at Oceanwalk. We love the area, quiet great amenities close to beach. Great condo with many amenities especially outside porch. Security officers were helpful and professional. Oceans Condo Mgt were very helpful when called.

Memorial get away!

Fantastic Condo in a Resort Style Complex

This roomy condo is only a block from the private entrance to a beautiful beach. Ocean Walk has many, many amenities and activities, two pools, movie center, tennis court,two gyms etc . During our short stayed we met very friendly people in this complex. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed during our stayed and beautifully decorated. It was cool, comfortable and we enjoyed amazing sunsets from the enclosed deck. Short drive to the center of town were we enjoyed many restaurants. Highly recommended. Our children also had a blast. Great Ocean Condos was a great rental agency and easy to work with.
