been renting condos at ocean walk for 15 years now. this is the best one so far. great ocean condos has an easy process for check in and check out. the condo was very clean. other service we have rented through would have you do half of the cleaning that they charge you for before you leave , and drive to their office to drop off the keys. will be using great ocean condos service for now on. thank you- Posted: 8/17/2024

Great stay for three generations
This was a very comfortable condo that suited our group's need perfectly. The group included my father-in-law and my husband and I, and our son and daughter-in-law visited for a few days. The large, open living/dining/kitchen area allowed us all to visit without being crowded, and the kitchen was well-equipped, with nice appliances and a pantry closet for food storage. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, and the lovely beach was easily accessible. The NSB area had lots to offer, including many restaurants in town, Smyrna Dunes State Park at the north end of the peninsula and Canaveral National Seashore to the south. Our only disappointment was that no launches were scheduled from the space center while we were there!- Posted: 1/1/2022

Definitely recommend
We had a great stay at the condo. It was very easy to check in and get the keys. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed there. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The pool was right next to the building which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation.- Posted: 6/14/2021

Nice complex, great location
We really enjoyed our summer vacation, it was so nice to be back in the New Smyrna Beach area. Having a condo for a family of 6 is the best way to vacation. The location was great and the complex offered a lot of amenities. The only problem we encountered was having the wrong gate code when we arrived, we literally could not get into the complex and it was a Sunday night so no help available either. Please double check that the codes you are giving out are correct for future guests, otherwise thank you for a great vacation we would love to come back again soon.- Posted: 7/2/2019
