With over 1,700 square feet, this large condo accommodates up to six overnight guests and provides dining seating for ten. Don't settle for tight quarters, give your family the luxury of spreading out and truly enjoying your time together.

Located near the new pool and clubhouse, you'll find this third floor condo to be conveniently situated between the fun complex amenities and the nearby crosswalk to the golden shores of New Smyrna Beach. Bright white walls, smooth tile flooring, and an airy atmosphere awaits as soon as you and your family walk through the door.

After a long day of traveling, the living room's deluxe leather couches will immediately entice you to kick off your stay with some well-deserved lounging. Not only are the couch and loveseat set endowed with ultra-plush cushioning, but they also have a reclining feature and hidden cup holders! Once you've claimed the coziest spot on the couch, grab a book from the TV stand's selection or relax with a movie playing on the flat-screen TV- a premium cable package and DVD player are provided.

The living room opens up into the roomy dining area composed of a rectangular, glass-top table and six cushioned chairs. In addition to the ample seating at the table, you'll find four cushioned barstool chairs lining the kitchen's breakfast bar. This seating situation allows for the best of both worlds as you can enjoy casual meals and snacks at the kitchen overhang and formal, family sit-downs at the table.

While cooking may not be your favorite past time at home, it'll be one of your favorite memories here! Recruit some willing hands and begin to fill the light and airy kitchen with sizzling sounds and savory aromas. Besides the appeal of white cabinetry and appliances against grey, granite countertops, you'll feel especially drawn to this kitchen for its stunning window view of the natural estuary. With scenic views, ample counter space, and fully stocked cabinets, don't be surprised at how often you find yourself lingering here!

Before you explore the rest of your beachy retreat, step out onto the private corner balcony to enjoy the salty breeze and famous Florida sun. The balcony provides an outdoor table and four chairs that are perfect for enjoying a quick lunch when the kids are still sandy from the beach.

From the balcony, you can enter your primary suite from its private entryway. Not only does your primary bedroom boast of soothing blue tones and a soft queen size bed, but it also provides a gorgeous view of Florida's natural habitat and foliage. Adjoining the master, you'll find your very own spa-like bathroom. Whether you soak your cares away in the jetted bathtub or simply rinse off in the beige-tiled, walk-in shower, there's no way you'll leave this bathroom without feeling pampered.

The rest of your family will find their bedrooms to be as equally lovely and spacious. The first guest bedroom has an airy feeling with its teal and white walls, queen size bed, and roomy atmosphere. Guests will find ample dresser and closet space to relieve any over packed suitcases, as well as a flat-screen smart TV. The second guest bedroom hosts two twin beds and makes for the perfect kid-friendly space. Along with soft beachy décor and matching furniture, this bedroom looks directly out onto the nearby pool. The two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which provides an extra-long vanity, a standard tub with a window view, and soft bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet and cable TV.

Oceanwalk Condominiums, well-regarded for their central location, large floor plans, and the finest amenities in New Smyrna, are located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach. The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. These well-appointed condominiums boast wide balconies, spacious master bedrooms, big guest bedrooms, a deluxe master bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and more. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level and a rooftop observation deck. Onsite amenities include an exercise room, saunas, two seasonally heated pools, a poolside spa, bocce court, two tennis courts with lighting, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball hoop, BBQ gas grill area and two gorgeous clubhouses.

Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.

been renting condos at ocean walk for 15 years now. this is the best one so far. great ocean condos has an easy process for check in and check out. the condo was very clean. other service we have rented through would have you do half of the cleaning that they charge you for before you leave , and drive to their office to drop off the keys. will be using great ocean condos service for now on. thank you

As advertised and more

We brought too much with us. Condo had towels, noodles, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon. We didn’t need to bring our things for sure. This condo was well appointed and clean. We will stay here again.

Great stay for three generations

This was a very comfortable condo that suited our group's need perfectly. The group included my father-in-law and my husband and I, and our son and daughter-in-law visited for a few days. The large, open living/dining/kitchen area allowed us all to visit without being crowded, and the kitchen was well-equipped, with nice appliances and a pantry closet for food storage. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, and the lovely beach was easily accessible. The NSB area had lots to offer, including many restaurants in town, Smyrna Dunes State Park at the north end of the peninsula and Canaveral National Seashore to the south. Our only disappointment was that no launches were scheduled from the space center while we were there!

Definitely recommend

We had a great stay at the condo. It was very easy to check in and get the keys. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed there. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The pool was right next to the building which was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation.

Nice complex, great location

We really enjoyed our summer vacation, it was so nice to be back in the New Smyrna Beach area. Having a condo for a family of 6 is the best way to vacation. The location was great and the complex offered a lot of amenities. The only problem we encountered was having the wrong gate code when we arrived, we literally could not get into the complex and it was a Sunday night so no help available either. Please double check that the codes you are giving out are correct for future guests, otherwise thank you for a great vacation we would love to come back again soon.
