Updated Deco
This is our second year staying in this set of properties across from the beach. This is a lovely, updated corner unit with lots of space. There was no regular coffee maker, only a keurig, and we never found a basement storage locker with boogie boards or larger beach items that didn't fit upstairs. Otherwise, we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach is easy, and access to both pools and other activities was handy on the property. We'll be back!- Posted: 3/30/2025

We had a fantastic stay with Great Ocean Condos. Our condo was the perfect place for my family and I. The space was exactly as described and felt even bigger than the pictures. Plenty of open space in the living room for lounging in front of the large tv, dining area for meals and game night, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the important kitchen items! We would have preferred a drip coffee maker over the Keurig, but we were happy regardless. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We also loved the ocean view from the balcony. Beach access is across the street and took about 7ish minutes to walk there. The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to grocery stores as needed (Publix is a short drive away). Great condo for a family vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and stocked with a lot of essentials. The beach was a little bit of a walk, especially with all our things and 2 small children, but the view was beautiful! Absolutely beautiful and super clean condo. Checkin and out processes were super easy and the rental company staff was friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and great location to the cross walk to the beach. We enjoyed both pools. The neighborhood was having a community yard sale that we attended. The neighbors were very friendly. The couple in the condo above us told us about the playground, watch the sunset and see the dolphins on Ladyfish Ave. about 2 miles on the right from condo.
It is confusing to find the right entrance to enter the community. The buildings are not numbered in order.
I received a message saying there was not pool/beach towels and then when we arrived there were towels. That would have been helpful to not have to pack those. The coffee table games were nice for the kids too.

The condo was super clean and furnished so well. It was spacious and had every amenity we could need. Our family went to New Smyrna to surf and the beach was just across the street so it was a perfect location. The complex was super fun with a pool, hot tub and sauna with a great gym. There was some confusion as to getting in because the door code was not in the portal. Also a little advice as to using the gate code for the “left gate” keypad is better as the code will open main gate and you’ll be driving around everywhere looking for building 1.
