Your New Smyrna Beach vacation starts the minute you walk in the door! Amazing views of the ocean and beach can be seen from the living area and primary bedroom. This delightful two-bedroom, two-bath townhome comfortably sleeps five, making it the perfect choice for a family getaway. Extra bonus: a one car garage!
As you enter the townhome, the foyer has a few short steps that lead directly into the living area. There you will find a large leather sectional and chaise lounge, both perfectly situated for beach gazing through the glass sliders or watching your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen cable TV. The private balcony is directly off the living room and provides spectacular views of the pool below and beach.
When ready to dine, take a few more steps up to the kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry and beautiful green granite tiles. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV is available to catch up on your cooking shows while making your own yummy dishes. The large counter doubles as a great food prep station or quick spot to grab a snack before hitting the beach. Three stools provide additional seating as well. Directly connected to the open kitchen is the dining area with a lovely glass top table and six comfortable chairs. A small half bath is also on this floor with a nice vanity and hand towels.
Another set of stairs take you to the sleeping quarters and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom hosts a queen size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, colorful bedding and one of the best views of the ocean without leaving your pillow. The primary bath offers a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure, spacious vanity, large mirror and plush towels.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, tall dresser, flat-screen TV and futon that can convert into another sleeping option. The guest bathroom is nicely tiled, with a standard tub and shower, marble vanity and large mirror.
Additional amenities include free WIFI and cable, soft linens, a private 1-car garage and more.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

"This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough."

"Great place for a family - The location is excellent. The property was very nice, clean and when we had an issue with the TV in the living room, someone came by to fix it. Loved being so close to beach or stepping out a few feet to the pool. Would rent again."

"Relaxing beach getaway that has it all. - Escaped here for our anniversary and loved it. Great location close to stores and very quiet. This beautiful townhome had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing get away. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, beautifully furnished, even a laundry room. Literally steps from both the pool and the Atlantic. Lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the waves. Also highly recommend the Garlic restaurant to compliment a romantic get away. Definately will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Spacious layout would be great for the family."
