Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's within walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in. Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sandcastle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room.

It was wonderful to work with your team. Every request was honored quickly. The home was lovely. Both my sisters and I said that the home was decorated much like we would decorate our own home. Great Spot
Great location and nice place to stay. Only complaint is that there are no beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards or anything else that would help people that can’t travel on planes with these types of items. We had to go to Walmart and spend over $200 for things we needed. Next guests will be very happy because we had to leave everything there.- Posted: 9/1/2024

Great Ocean View and Setting
Very cute condo, direct view of the beach from master bedroom, living room & balcony! Very relaxing ambiance as we were there from California helping our son recover from his unexpected surgery. Perfect location, great family trip!
The condo was in a great location, close to shopping and dining. It was clean and cozy. The view was amazing! We even saw a couple of shuttle launches from the balcony. The pool was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach. Loved the daily walks through town and on the beach. The only downfall was the air conditioner went out during our stay. The maintenance and management response were responsive and quick to find us another condo for our last couple of nights. It also would have been nice to have an in unit washer and dryer. Perfect location!
If you're looking for a place to stay that's in walking distance to everything, this is the place for you. Convenient to Flagler Avenue and all that goes with it as well as close proximity to other restaurants. Condo was clean and well-equipped. Ocean and pool view. Property itself was clean and well taken care of. Ample parking. My only comment is that there was only 1 empty drawer for our clothing; the rest were filled with extra bedding. We had to empty those and stash on bed in spare room, not convenient if that bedroom is for extra guests. Certainly a place we'll go back to!- Posted: 5/18/2023

Room with a view
