What a wonderful stay my mom and I had at this condo for a girls getaway! It was clean, cozy and in a great location where we walked the beach and to and from dinners and shopping. The hosts were friendly and accommodating with a request for a later checkout time on our last day there. The only recommendations for improvement would be to have a coffee table in the living room by the couch and an end table by the bed in the bunk bedroom for somewhere to set drinks. We also couldn’t find a cookie sheet anywhere in the kitchen to reheat leftovers. Another thing we thought would be helpful would be to place a sticker or something on the outside of the balcony door… if the door was closed when you’re outside it was hard to tell which one to pull to get back in. Sounds silly and we did laugh about it but just a suggestion ? Would definitely come back for another stay or recommend to a friend. And don’t miss out on the complimentary donuts in the lobby on Sunday mornings!!

Lovely room for a quiet September visit. I usually stay next door, but it is closed for renovations. Our room was VERY clean and homey. I could tell housekeeping puts a lot of thought into what they do. Nicely made beds and some fancy towel foldings :). I will be back.

We have stayed in this complex for over 25 years and this room was amazing all modernized, and all the extra things that you guys have for us the chairs, the toys, the boogie boards it was amazing. Will definitely keep booking from now on.

It’s a nice place. You don’t have to bring anything but your clothes. I would change the kitchen faucet out and add a disposal. The location can’t be beat. Breakers is right up the street. Pool is nice and gets shade mid afternoon. Roof is under repair so some drilling and banging after 8am. There are oscillating fans for extra comfort. We had fun.

We spent a week here. Very close to Flagler Avenue. We could walk everywhere except for groceries or if we wanted to go sightseeing outside the main area. The bed was very comfortable and overall the unit met our needs. There’s a couple throw rugs including one in the kitchen that could really use a good cleaning. We ended up rolling up the one in the kitchen and placing it aside throughout our stay because we didn’t want to step on it. Other than that the location can’t be beat. We watched 2 SpaceX launches right from the beach in front of the condo. Lots of beach chairs in the unit but we also purchased rental chairs and umbrella a couple of the days. We will be back!

This place was better than expected. Loved the direct ocean front view (beautiful). Easy access to restaurants, grocery, and Flagler St. Condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was very cozy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very happy with this unit. All we could have asked for besides some minor lapses in cleaning prior to arrival. Towels that were provided were musty, but were promptly replaced when property manager was made aware. Would stay again.

This condo was convenient to restaurants and bars. The condo has been nicely updated. The kitchen was clean and nicely stocked, it was nice to stay in the same environment as home. Only downside was the complex leaves pool light on all night and it was very bright on the patio, hard to enjoy the stars and peacefulness.

1st time visiting NSB and was so happy with the condo. Beds and sheets were comfortable..... furniture comfy and kitchen was beautiful. Bathrooms very nice too. The location and view are priceless. Our only bumps were a lack of wash clothes and it took longer than it should to get them. Keeping the condo air at 74 was hard as it was sooo humid. We had to run the box fans at night to sleep comfortably. We appreciated those! Great beach chairs too!!!

The care the owner used in this renovation, shown through the entire unit which enhanced our stay. The 2nd bedroom was used by my adult daughter and her husband, and the 4 of us enjoyed the balcony morning, noon and night! The recliners were comfortable, as was our King master. Convenient to fave Toni and Joe's Bar and Grill, music could be heard when outside on the weekends, but not after 8 or 9. We all marvelled at the sound tight condo given peak tourist time. Our unit was immaculate which was important to us. We used the pool daily and often had it to ourselves! The ocean, pelicans and gulls were just awesome! We also chose Oceania so we could walk to all our favorite restaurant venues on the Flagler main street. Other outstanding restaurants were just a few car-minutes away! I would not hesitate to re-rent this unit again! :D

Having stayed in New Smyrna Beach many times I have experienced each hotel and most of the condo buildings on the beach. This condo is simply the best combination of any location on the beach. The condo is fresh, extremely well stocked with anything you need, comfortable furnishings and an incredible view of the beach and ocean. Proximity to Flagler for all of the action is a very short walk I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away.

This visit was to celebrate my twin granddaughters' 16th birthday. Each brought a friend, and my daughter joined us, too. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 4 girls with a bunk bed with double bottom bunk as well as a trundle. Was surprised to even find beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart for carrying all the necessities to the beach. Plenty of beach towels too. Location within easy walking distance of historic New Smyrna Flagler Avenue. Very nice place.
