If you're searching for a bright, beachy condo that accommodates your family and is a short walk away from the ocean, this is the place for you! This two-story 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo provides you and yours a spacious place to gather for family fun and recoup after long days spent in the sand and waves of New Smyrna Beach.

When you walk into this second floor condo, you'll be greeted by light walls, peach tile flooring, and crisp white accents. To the left of the front foyer you can set your grocery bags down in the lovely cream and white kitchen. The cabinetry is charming with its wainscoting paneling and the matching white appliances contrast against it nicely. Breakfast has never been made easier; the kids can easily heat up waffles and more in either the provided toaster or toaster oven and you can quickly get your morning jolt using the coffee machine on the counter.

If cooking doesn't take you out of vacation mode, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your famous dinner recipes-plus the overhanging counter lined with two barstools makes serving a breeze!
Gather your loved ones for eating and memory making around the white dining room table. With four teal chairs circled around, there's plenty of space for your family to enjoy meals together. The dining area flows into the updated living room that provides guests with cozy furnishings and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. You'll find that both the ceiling beams and tall cream draperies give this room a sense of height and further openness.

At the end of your fun-filled day, snuggle up on either the white, pull-out couch, light grey recliners, or plush bean bag for a family movie night. The flat-screen TV has both cable and a DVD player. If you can't pull yourself away from the warm Florida weather and sound of the ocean, then spend your evenings relaxing on the balcony in one of the blue Adirondack chairs. Unwind with a warm cup of decaf and a view of green, grassy expanse that seems to meet the water in the distance.

When at last it's time to retire for the night, follow the carpeted stairs up to the beachy primary bedroom that awaits you. With the quaint seashell-patterned quilt, the matching cream-colored furniture, and the natural lighting that flows through the window, you'll find that this airy bedroom provides you the rest you've been needing for weeks.

The upstairs bathroom provides both the primary and guest bedroom with a standard tub with a sliding glass enclosing and plush bath towels for drying off. Also on the second floor, you'll find the sweetly decorated guest bedroom. Your eyes will instantly be drawn to the fun, pink flamingo quilts that embellish the two full beds. You'll love the 6-drawer dresser and closet that are perfect for organizing the kids' beach clothing, and they will be overjoyed to find their very own TV to fall asleep to!

If you don't want to share, kids and guests can utilize the first floor bathroom that comes with a walk in shower, moveable showerhead, and soft towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and beach chairs; all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is free wireless internet and cable TV.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

About Ocean Club North

Ocean Club North is a private condo complex located on the no-drive portion of the beach. The units here are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The 3-story complex boasts 44 individual units and was built in 1969. Located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach, this complex resides on the shores of the Atlantic and across from the Indian River Lagoon. Besides direct beach access and balconies with ocean views, guests who stay in one of these New Smyrna Beach condo rentals can enjoy the heated swimming and wading pool, communal washers and dryers, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and many other amazing amenities provided.

Right Outside of Your Door

New Smyrna Beach is known for its small-town charm and laid-back, family atmosphere. The warm breezes, wide, white sandy beaches, and large selection of outdoor activities make this the ideal spot for your Florida beach vacation. Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore is 4.5 miles south of Ocean Club North, right down A1A. Just across the street is a public park with additional tennis courts, a basketball court and a children's play area. You can also walk out into a secluded bay where dolphins and manatees are often seen playing. Ocean Club North is conveniently located near many restaurants, shopping, sports venues, and historical sites of New Smyrna Beach. A short drive down the road is the Canaveral Seashore, a US Park with the historic Indian shell mounds. In the other direction is downtown New Smyrna, with restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy the complex is great, My family has been staying at the complex for years this was a great alternative to renting through the complex itself. The condo was clean, had everything we needed to cook, overall it was a great stay!

Great Stay on a beautiful beach!
Well maintained grounds and amenities. Pool and deck were fabulous overlooking ocean. And if you like to collect shells, this is your beach.
Condo was a great size, decorated so cute. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds. Loved having a full kitchen. Quiet, peaceful with friendly neighbors.
Even had beach chairs, boogie/skim boards and cooler available. Would definitely stay again and recommend. A better value than many hotels. Thanks for your sharing your slice of paradise!

Ocean Views and Sunshine

Celebrating daughters 18th birthday

Family used to own couple of the condos so I was pretty much familiar with what I was getting. The entire place was really nice and clean. The only bad part was that the weather was horrible. It was overcast, cold and windy our entire stay. When I had booked it the weather was supposed to be good. Week before weather was reporting to be cold an rainy. Couldn’t cancel so we had no choice but to go. Ended spending the entire time inside. Which is the exact opposite of what we wanted to do.
