We stayed in the property for the Christmas holidays. The property was better than we expected. We loved it and more than met our needs. We enjoyed the luxury accommodations and the views were phenomenal. We walked to town a couple f times on the beach and enjoyed the hot tub at sundown. We would stay there again.

It is right in front of the beach with beautiful sunrise views. Has indoor parking. House has beach chairs, towels, umbrella. Well equipped kitchen.

Very spacious, great views, clean, well furnished. Pool and hot tub were excellent. 2nd and 3rd beds were pretty firm but a couple cheap mattress toppers solved that. Overall very happy with the condo and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying here! This is probably the best equipped and safest feeling condo we have ever stayed in. The pool, grounds, and condo are immaculate. We exercised every day and enjoyed the clubhouse gym. Our teens loved that it was near the "action" and a busy, fun beach. We loved that it was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return!

Everything was wonderful with our stay at this property. The condo is even bigger than pictures would suggest. Everything was well stocked and the location on the beach was perfect. We never heard a sound coming from anywhere else in the building. Check in and check out was a flawless experience. We will definitely return!

Stayed the last week before school started, 7/31 - 8/7. Condo is on the eighth floor which gets you a bit more breeze. The condo stayed cooler than the thermostat was set at, so there was no issue with the temperature setting of 70 at night (actual 68) and 74 (actual 72) during the day. Plenty of room and space to lounge around. They do have beach chairs and some towels. Highly suggest getting a 10x10 tent, but make sure you tie it down. Great stay easy to access.

Very spacious condo perfect for our family. Great kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Beds were a little too hard for us, the only complaint. Great location close to stores and shops but beach area wasn’t that crowded.

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week getaway at this well equipped condo right on New Smyrna Beach! The description given was definitely accurate, layout was beautiful with a 3/3 with plenty of room, amenities included washer and dryer in unit, kitchen, nice jacuzzi tub and shower in master, very comfortable recliners and plenty of beach chairs, towels, and toys if you wanted to play in the sand.... if Tiki Bars are your kind of thing, there is one right next door to the property, great way to wind down the day on the beach. We also had a wonderful dinner at The Garlic which was conveniently located less than 1 mile away , food was delish! Flagler Ave was also close by, less than 1 mile away as well with shops, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to any family and friends if a nice relaxing beach getaway is what you are looking for . My only complaint is we could NOT find the key for the two bikes in the garage that were complimentary, we looked everywhere and couldn't find the key that fit the bike locks. This condo has the best view of the beach and an extremely convenient location. This is my second stay and will come back again and again. I would highly recommend this condo. We had our family reunion here and rented 3 condos in the Malibu. They were clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. We love two close restaurant, The New Smyrna Beach Steak House and Off the Hook. We had great lunches and cocktails at the Tiki Bar right next door
