The entrance is located in the back of the property where a staircase will guide you to the front door. As you enter the cottage, you will be charmed by the hardwood floors that span the interior of the property and the endlessly high ceilings with a lofted upper level. You first see the dining area with unique embellishments and a modern dining table set when you walk in. You and two others can gather around the table for breakfast each morning before setting off to explore New Smyrna Beach.

As you make your way to the kitchen, you will be astonished by its striking appearance and open layout design. Upscale cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and bright white solid-surface countertops exude an inviting atmosphere. This fully equipped kitchen comes supplied with a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen island offers seating for two and allows for company while you cook an exquisite meal.

From the kitchen, you will enter the living space. Furnished with a love seat that doubles as a pull-out sofa and accent chair, there is ample space for you and yours to spend quality time. The high ceilings allow for a large and spacious atmosphere. The living room is adorned with bright and colorful tropical designs and artwork. The lively space also offers a 65in LG TV where you can sit back and relax to a movie. A desk located in the back of the living area allows guests to enjoy a flexcation and get some work done. The living room also allows access to the private balcony. Revel in the sun as you unwind on the balcony in the warm Florida weather. Adorned with turf flooring and two rocking chairs, this space allows for a breath of fresh air and a view of Flagler Ave.

Venture to the primary bedroom where you will find a queen bed and calming blue hues. This cozy space will allow for a great night’s rest after a long day in NSB. The bedroom also offers a Hisense 40 in TV, a ceiling fan, and a mirrored closet. Across from the primary bedroom is the bathroom which is equipped with a shower and tub combo and a spacious sink area.

Head up the stairs to discover the loft. Furnished with a queen bed and accent chair, this room has a double-sided view of the lower level. On the right side, you will see the living area, and on the left side the dining area. This space also offers plenty of space in the walk-in closet. The bright coastal bedding brings the space to life.

This condo is equipped with a full washer and dryer, plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, Smart TVs, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a drip coffee maker, games, and beach chairs.

Lofty Dreams is located in the perfect spot for those who love exploring new towns. You'll feel a part of the local NSB community as the property is located right off Flagler Ave. Every morning you can walk to coffee and brunch at Third Wave Café, grab a smoothie at the colorful GoJuice, have a burger at the oceanfront restaurant, Breakers, and end the night with margaritas at Clancy's Cantina. Flagler Avenue leads right to the beach; this condo is a brief walk from the sand and waves.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

Enjoyed the condo with our 2 year old. Great location, right in the heart of Flager ave. Walking distance to beach, they even had beach chairs for use which was a huge bonus. Overall great experience, will be back!

Great place, great location and very clean. Loved the balcony and private driveway. Only thing that was negative was that only 1 roll of toilet paper was available and it wasn’t even a new one. Paid a pretty good $ for 3/4 roll of TP. Also like many AirBNB’s the TV was pretty useless unless we wanted to sign up (and pay) for Sling or other streaming sites. Would have like access to basic cable. I do recommend this rental.

Great location and atmosphere. The pictures make it look like the entire place is the cottage. Just the top floor of a duplex. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the store to restock. Overall, extremely clean place. Loved the balcony chairs overlooking the street. Martini bar across the street is a must!

My annual Girl's Weekend was an absolute blast, thanks in no small part to this fabulous condo! The location couldn't have been more perfect, with a short stroll to a variety restaurants/bars, charming shops, and of course, the beach. The thoughtful inclusion of beach chairs and towels was a lifesaver, and we were thrilled to find the condo stocked with all the essentials. A special shout-out for the make-up towels!
After fun-filled days shopping and working on our tan, we were grateful for the comfy beds, and the patio became our go-to spot to unwind in the evenings. Without a doubt, I'll be saving this condo for future visits, as I truly can't imagine staying anywhere else in New Smyrna Beach. A huge thank you for making our Girl's Weekend an unforgettable experience!

amazing stay! does not disappoint!! Walking distance from everything including the Beach:)

The condo was in a great location about 100 ft from Flagler Ave.
And 5 blocks to walk to the beach.
There's a lot of shops bars and restaurants on Flagler and the surrounding area.
The condo was as described
The only downfall at the condo was it's a upstairs unit with no elevator so getting the luggage up there would be challenging for older couples.also only one bathroom is and the Bed is a queen size I would have preferred a king
All of these things I need in advance.
We're looking forward to returning to new Smyrna and will try to stay at this same location
