The living room forms a bright and welcoming area enhancing the sense of space that Inlet at Minorca 1402. With a large TV, DVD player, comfortable seating for all guests and tasteful décor, it is a great space for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. With a pair of glass sliding doors, you can look out across the Atlantic and see the beautiful waves crashing in the ocean, providing the living room with simply stunning views whenever you want, and flooding the room with light during the day creating a bright and cozy space.

Step through those glass doors and you walk out onto the balcony, perched up high and with comfortable seating, it provides a wonderful spot to watch the world go by and admire the beauty of New Smyrna Beach, with the small table providing the perfect place for an alfresco evening meal.

Back into Inlet at Minorca 1402 and to the other side of the living area, we find the breakfast bar perfect for you and 3 guest to enjoy a meal.

With lovely bright worktops, and white cupboard fronts, the kitchen looks wonderful, and its compact dimensions mean everything is within easy reach, despite offering every appliance you could ever imagine needing, along with a full complement of utensils to satisfy even the most enthusiastic cook, including a microwave and large refrigerator.

The bedroom is well placed with light from the window, making this a fantastically bright room during the day. It also includes a TV for your enjoyment as well. The bathroom is well illuminated with a large shower.

Outside there is more to Inlet at Minorca 1402, with the pool available for a swim, or maybe to lounge alongside as you take in the sun, there is plenty of seating for all, whilst further along, we find the barbecue, perfect for vacation meals. Beyond the barbecue is the beach itself, and whether you want to walk along it, or spend the swimming, New Smyrna Beach will always remind you of its beauty.

You will not believe the incredible views from the private balconies in these 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos. Every unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, TV with cable, and washer and dryer inside the unit. The 124 units in the complex share a stunning array of amenities: a pool table, entertainment center, and kitchen with bar in the elegant clubhouse, an exercise center, two large pools, and two hot tubs on the large pool decks. A recent upgrade to the pool area has been completed to include two gas grills along with new tables and chairs and a bar area. Additional amenities include tennis courts- you can even hire a pro while you're here, a casino clubhouse, men's and women's saunas, a BBQ grill, as well as free internet access from the Clubhouse.

You may choose to spend the majority of your Florida beach vacation time sitting on your balcony breathing in the spectacular setting. The view of the Ponce Inlet landmark lighthouse, natural sand dunes, and winding boardwalk to the beach will calm your mind and restore your soul. But if you are looking for other activities, there's plenty to be found nearby. Adjoining the Minorca complex is Smyrna Dunes Park, 220 acres of walkways and beach trails, and just a 2 minute walk away. Additionally, you'll find a New Smyrna golf course nearby, too.

At Great Ocean Condos we help families make memories that last a lifetime. Our 3 day minimum stay excludes holidays and peak season dates of January through March and Memorial Day through Labor Day. The balance can be conveniently paid via debit card at no additional charge or, if you prefer to use a credit card for the remaining balance, a 3% convenience fee would apply. A vacation planner will contact you to explain the full balance due process and answer any additional questions you may have regarding your reservation.
