This was a great house. I only wish we stayed longer. Very convenient to the restaurants and steps from the beach. My boys enjoyed the backyard, pool, bicycles, and boards. The house is extremely comfortable and so spacious. We cant wait to come back to this property soon.

The check in process was super easy via text, and email. House was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area. (It would have been nice to have a skimmer available for leaves and bugs. The stairs could also use a handrail on the right side going up). Great showers and porches upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

My family and I try to go on a beach vacation about once a year so we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties and this one was hands down our favorite! We loved it so much that we extended our stay and I’ve already booked our next visit. We had everything we needed and then some, lots of space and the management was absolutely amazing! Karina was our go to for any assistance we needed and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was so helpful, kind, very easy to talk to and she responded to us very quickly! We really enjoyed being steps away from the beach and having our own pool. I wish every place we stayed at was as amazing as this property. They go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The location and amenities were fantastic. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 generation getaway. And the house decor was delightfully beach. Everything you needed was provided. At great grilled meals poolside. Wonderful little town. The hosts provided all the information up front and even left welcome gifts. We will be back.

This house is just a short walk to the beach and has a pool. Located in a mostly residential area, so the beach area is not as crowded as other areas. We have stayed in this house twice and had great family vacations both times.

Hill Street Hideaway was a beautiful, comfortable property. The pool was so nice to come back to after a day at the beach. The beach access is extremely close. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. The owner and property management company were easy to work with when we had an issue during our stay. We would definitely come back again!

A very well appointed and well located beach home. Walk to beach is simply the distance of the next lot so about 150ft, very easy. Pool area is very nice including the extra half kitchen and lounge area. Great beach house. We would stay again.

We loved our stay in NSB. Great location just steps away from the ocean. A1A traffic is loud but you get used to it. Super easy check in/out process. The pool was awesome! ??

The house and location were amazing. One note, the house should be checked before guest arrive to ensure everything is in working order. The water was turned off due to a plumbing issue and never turned back on. I was able to turn on the water with the assistance of the property manager. I would happily recommend Great Ocean properties to friends and family.

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family and extended family that visited while we were there including teenagers and young adults. We were able to bring our Frenchie and had access to a pool. The short walk to beach was perfect and loved the amount of beach/pool equipment including the bikes. We would definitely consider renting again.

Very nice house, pool and location are great. Only one block from beach and you do not have to cross a busy road to get there. Has bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. Very relaxing.

This was an amazing property. We primarily selected it for the pool because we were meeting family in New Smyrna Beach, and the house they rented on the beach did not have one. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't right on the beach, but it truly did not matter. In fact, it's only an alleyway (Hill St.) away from the beach. I think we were actually able to access the beach easier than most of the homes with beachfront. The home was impeccably prepared with chocolates the counter and beverages/water in the refrigerator. The pictures really do not do it justice. I've stayed at a few nicer vacation rentals, and this was the most seamless, welcoming check-in that I've ever experienced. The only drawback to this property is the noise from the A1A highway. Even though you have a partial view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony, the noise of the traffic drowns out the sound of the ocean and can even be heard indoors. That being said, after a few days, you kind of stopped noticing it. Plus, it's only about a 25 yard walk to the beach if you wanted to grab a cup of coffee and beach chair to get the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property and want to know if it ever goes on the market!

Most AMAZING stay we've ever had- It was like spending a week in our dream home! We spent most of our time by the huge pool and loved eating meals out on the patio's dining table. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our kids loved hanging out in upstairs living/game room, mostly because there was a TV and a kitchenette to grab snacks from! The home was perfect and close to both the beach and nearby shopping. Can't wait to stay here again next year!
