When you enter the property, you will be pleased with the welcoming open layout and comfortable décor. The living room offers an inviting space with a plush couch and chair, along with a large entertainment center. You won't have to miss any of your favorite shows while on vacation as the living room and all 3 bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix capabilities. Open the glass sliding door to the private balcony where you will be awed by the ocean and intercostal water views. It's the one place to capture both a sunrise and sunset! There is a table and 4 chairs if you would like to enjoy some beverages in the Florida sunshine.

Directly adjacent to living room is the open dining area with a wooden table and chairs to comfortably sleep six. The kitchen is just steps away, so serving those delicious meals is a breeze. The open kitchen has been nicely updated with granite countertops, maple cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need during your stay. The breakfast bar and two stools are perfect for some quick lunches or snacks between your vacation activities and time spent down at the beach.

When you are ready to retire for the day, the bedrooms are ready for a soothing sleep. The primary bedroom is host to a king bed, flat-screen TV and large dresser for your personals. As an added bonus, the primary bathroom is spa-like with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. This bathroom will make getting ready for a day of adventures a breeze. It will also provide a perfect retreat at the end of an exciting day- just pack a good book and you are set!

The second and third bedrooms both offer a queen and twin, making this a great choice for larger families or three couples heading over to the beach for a getaway. The bedrooms have tasteful décor and will provide the well-deserved vacation slumber you deserve.

The second bathroom is perfect for your additional guests with a combination bath/shower. This home also features a washer and dryer located inside the condo so feel free to pack light!

Located just a half mile south of the Dunlawton Bridge in Daytona Beach Shores which is the southern part of Daytona Beach on Florida's east coast, Daytona Sanibel is fitted with some inspiring and luxe amenities that will keep you more than comfortable while you explore the various top-rated restaurants, shops, and exciting outdoor activities of the Daytona Beach area.

The eleven-story complex has 65 spacious condos from 1900 to 2400 square feet. All newly renovated with modern and aesthetically appealing décor. We enjoyed our stay. We are late sleepers but was never woken up by outside noises except the one time the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building.

This property is just as amazing as it looks. We've stayed here 3 times now and plan on coming back next year! The owners have thought of everything when it comes to amenities and even include things you wouldn't have thought of. Its the perfect getaway to recharge your "batteries" and just relax!!!

This was a good place to stay. Spacious and by the ocean. It is actually located in Port Orange and not Daytona beach area. The view of the ocean is ok from the side balcony in the living room and master bedroom. The view of the other bedrooms overlooking the road is beautiful too. The Master bedroom is ensuite with a nice Jacuzzi and lots of storage space. Too bad the pool was closed and beach access was under construction. There’s a public beach access outside the garage. There’s one dedicated parking for the unit and beach equipment for guests to use. The gym / club room is tiny. There’s a pool table in there but also some people working remotely so keep the sound low. Be prepared to drive if you want to move around as shops and restaurants are not close by. Elevators are wide, fast and spacious too.

Excellent Unit:

Everything was perfect with the location, the building and our unit, except there was no effort underway by this or any of the neighboring condo buildings toward Hurricane repairs to the beach four months after the storm. Yes, we were informed of the tidal damage to the beach, pool and hot tub deck beforehand. But we learned that apparently everyone is waiting on FEMA money to start scheduling repairs? We would have thought some insurance would have started repairs first. But apparently that's not how it works? A little disappointing for someone from the Midwest to learn my tax dollars are needed to first start repairs on the Florida Coast after a Hurricane.

Great Condo with amazing views of sunrises and sunsets!

We loved our stay at 601 Sanibel! The property is beautiful, clean and well stocked with all the towels and linens we needed, including beach towels! Check in was a little challenging as the codes the property manager gave us for the front door gave us were not quite accurate but a small inconvenience compared to the amazing property.

Very nice!

The condo was very nice and well kept although the pool table only had one pool stick usable LOL we still had a great time they could make the game room a little better. We sure did enjoy our visit we will be back!

Perfect stay!

This was as described, easy entry fully equipped with great easy guidelines. The host were very easy to communicate with. The views of both the Halifax and the Ocean were breathtaking. The condo was very clean and more than comfortable all in a secure safe building. Highly recommend!

This condo was perfect to take my family of five. 3 Spacious bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The living room and master bedroom both have glass doors that can slide open to the balcony which has a great view of the ocean and more! This condo had direct access to the beach, pool, and hot tub. Other amenities like a small gym was also available! Cable, WiFi, garage space, everything was set with this place, I will be back!
