Coronado Towers 201

We always enjoy vacationing at New Smyrna Beach and having a great place to stay makes it even better. Coronado Towers is located just far enough out of town that it is quiet but close enough to walk to Flagler. The rooms are clean and the views are amazing. Is there anything better than being able to walk right out into the beach? You won’t regret bringing your family and (including the dog! ?) to this condo.

The location and condo were great, right on the beach and just as described. This is the second year in a row we have had a bit of a challenge with check in. The hours published were different from the hours the office was actually open. We called and never got a call back. Seems odd on a busy check in day that you can’t reach someone to help you with questions. The company has moved from the location listed in their website and we could not find the new address. Overall the stay was really good but the company needs to do better with check in

A wonderful condo and complex that is steps from the beach! Great Ocean Reps were professional, polite, and accommodating. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The only things we would have changed would have been to reserve a first floor condo, only because taking our doggo to go potty meant carrying him up and down the stairs! Also, the county beach ordinances restricted us from taking our dog to the beach on the property. Had we known that he wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach there, we may have opted to stay inland at a house or on the beach in a county that allows pets on the beach.

The location was perfect, a couple miles from New Smyrna Dunes Park which is amazing! 1/3 mile to walk to Flagler Ave with lots of restaurants and shops! Walkout from pool to beach. Pool was very nice. Quiet location. Condo was very nice and comfortable. Could use a deep clean on bathroom grout and ac filters but other than that it was great!

I booked this location for a fall beach trip and could not have been more pleased. It was the first time I had stayed on North Atlantic Ave.and was very pleased to be so near the Flagler Avenue district. We walked there for dinner and a few breakfast outings and the pool and beach were very close by. We will be returning here in the future.

We enjoyed our visit. The condo was perfectly located. Social distancing was important for us so we were able to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The condo was well supplied with beach chairs, towels and a few toys and the kitchen had everything we needed. The building was quiet. Beach access was a breeze. We will be back!

Location of property is great - ocean front. This isn't a luxury resort but it's all you really need. The unit though the 2nd floor still had outstanding views. It's a corner unit 201 and you not only get the balcony view but a wall of windows directly to the ocean. So convenient to Flaggler and lots of food and drinks. Easy walk maybe 5 minutes. Beach access from property pool. Also vehicle access to beach was great for a drive. Even though unit is on the beach it was nice to pack the car with chairs, tents and all the beach stuff and drive right on the beach to park and set up for the day. Just load the truck back up for the next day and not have to haul anything from the room. $20 per day gives you 1 day access. Week long pass was $100 which is what we did. Unit had everything we needed, plenty of towels and sheets. Very clean and a nice layout that easy accommodated my wife and i and 2 kids. The master was very good size. second bedroom had 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa so more could sleep in that room. Master bed wasn't the greatest but doable for a week. Comfortable couches. Very close to Publix . would stay there again. Pool was decent too.

My family and I were so pleased with the property, the location, the kindness of the rental company. The waves were surprisingly calm all week, so if you wanted to surf, not much luck, but everything else was spot on! We loved NSB seashack restaurant. The view was just enrapturing. Couldn't ask for better views and location. This end unit has many windows looking at the Ocean as well as a nice view up the beach. The balcony is spacious as are the bedrooms. Close walking proximity to Flagler Avenue is also a plus. The grounds of this condo complex are also very well maintained.

I was thinking the place might be a little newer, but overall we were very satisfied. It had everything you would need for a nice vacation. We had 3 adults and 3 children under 12, and it worked just fine for us.

I have to admit we chose this condo just for the fabulous ocean view -- that really makes my vacation special. It's a corner unit, and we could see the ocean and beautiful beach from our bedroom, living room and dining area. There's also a good sized balcony that overlooks the beach and pool area. The living area and bedrooms were really big and decorated nicely. The kitchen functioned well for the small amount of cooking we did. There were beach chairs, sand toys and even a cooler available to use. Everything you would need for a beach vacation. And we loved being able to take a short walk down the beach and then up Flagler for eating, shopping, etc. Would definitely stay here again, and I'm recommending it to friends as well. Very nice!

My husband and I met my sister and her husband for a one week New Smyrna Beach vacation. The unit was ideal with the bedrooms being bigger than I expected. Actually everything was bigger and better than I expected--even the closets. And the spectacular view was a big bonus because we could see everything going on all the way down the beach with the corner windows. I ended up bringing way too many things that I didn't need such as beach towels, chairs, cause everything was provided. Nice quick walks to Flagler's restaurants and bars. Will stay again!
