Before you start prepping dinner, treat yourself to happy hour on the second-floor balcony. The balcony has a direct view of the pool with the ocean expanse to its right. Would absolutely stay again. They were well stocked and right on the beach. The condo community is quiet and the pool is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was user friendly to cook meals in. They had all beach essentials such as chairs, umbrella.- Posted: 9/13/2024

Perfect beach condo

Just recently stayed for 6 nights. Routinely went outside every morning to have tea and view the ocean. Beach is private and within walking distance. New Smyrna Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The only downside was the glass sliding doors was too steep with a ledge that catches your foot. My husband fell the first time he went out of it. It scared me to death. I thought he was really hurt bad. Thankfully he wasn't seriously hurt but was very sore the rest of our stay.- Posted: 2/27/2023
