Colony Beach Club is a quaint, cottage-like complex that resides on New Smyrna Beach's quiet non-driving shore. Established in 1973, this two-story condominium complex has provided both residents and guests with relaxing seaside stays for years. Its 102 properties are composed of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units that all have open layouts, updated kitchens, peaceful bedrooms, and balconies with fabulous views. While its condos provide unforgettable stays, Colony Beach Club's top amenities will keep you returning year after year. I highly recommend this Airbnb, it is such a lovely condo, area, beach, etc.! I had a few questions during this trip that were answered in MINUTES!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the extra towels were such a lifesaver for the beach. The living room is exactly what you want a beach condo to feel like, homey and cozy for after a long day in the sun. The pictures do not lie, this is a great deal! Thank you so much!

Fantastic for families

We enjoyed the pool very much, great location easy to find.Enjoyed the beach access, to wash off, chairs in many locations, grill and hoses to wash car if needed.The grounds were very clean.The host had plenty of extra towels, pillows,sheets.Will be staying again.Highly recommended

Great time

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the surf at night. Cooking on the grill, swimming in the pool and the beach! We really did not want to leave.

Review

The place was cozy and we liked it. Bed is super comfortable! There was no washer and dryer like it said. The AC ran the whole time no matter what temp. The toilet paper was almost gone and no paper towels and no trash bags. The towel hung up wasn’t washed and there was hairs on it.
