We chose to stay at this property because it was right on the beach, within walking distance to Flagler Avenue, and large enough to accommodate our family. The property management team was super responsive in responding to my questions before our arrival. Everything was smooth during our stay and I didn’t need to reach out to them for anything. The condo was very clean with modern upgrades. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. Check-in process was smooth; everything was explained on the link they provided. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the beach, right across from the condo building, there is a lifeguard (10 am - 6 am) which was a major plus since we traveled with kids. All in all, we had a great stay.

This is a great condo on the beach and very walkable to Flagler Ave. with lots of shops and dining. The rooms were bigger than I thought they’d be and we had plenty of room for everyone. Perfect for our multi-generational family stay. We did a lot of food prep in the condo and the kitchen is well stocked, the living room is great for a group, the TV is gigantic, and the balcony looks out on the pool and ocean. Also, it does have beach stuff in the unit (chairs, toys, but no pop-up or umbrellas.) Everything was perfect except the listing and check in referenced underground parking and there isn’t any. It is first come first serve in the lot and note that YOU need to print your own parking pass. (We didn’t have any trouble parking in early August, though.) I let them know this was incorrect in the listing so hopefully it will be updated for future travelers.

The property is just as it presents in the listing. My one biggest issue is that you do not have a designated parking place. I was told I had one parking place designated but upon arrival late at night with my two year old disabled daughter I found no spot to park. I parked down the road which was not an easy task since I was alone with my daughter. I called the next morning to get the code to the garage so we could park and was informed that we do not have a parking spot out is first come first serve. It also happened to be Spring Break so I am sure you could imagine how busy NSB is during this time. There was no laundry detergent and we were required to wash beach towels before we left . I did not bring Laundry detergent as I do not do laundry on vacation. I did bring all other items such as garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. I had to run out with my daughter the night before we left to get laundry detergent once I realized we were required to do the towels. This was a bit annoying ... However, everything else perfect ! Condo Beautiful and comfortable !

Overall a great a experience and the property is just as described in the listing. The views of the beach and the ocean from the balcony are wonderful and you can also keep any eye on the pool area from the balcony. The property itself is very spacious, we had three teenagers and two adults and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and a short walk of less than 10 minutes gets you you to the downtown with plenty of restaurants. There is direct access to the beach and the property provides some beach chairs and beach toys which is nice for those flying in. Overall highly recommended.

Overall we loved the stay, but there were a few issues. We rented 2 of the units to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our family. We reported on arrival they we had no remote for the garage and because we had 2 units the other unit discovered someone was parked in the spot we should of had. Contacted the rental company and they never got to car moved or a remote to us for the whole stay. Other issues were the two back bathrooms bath drains were stopped up. The one was unusable as the water took forever to go down, and the toliet in that room refilled very slowly. Without these issues it would have been a perfect stay. These are beautiful units with a great view of the ocean and beach. I would rent again.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. All of the beds were so comfortable, even the bunk beds. All of the mattress' seemed brand new. Loved the big living area and kitchen. Tons of beach towels and chairs provided. The only problem we had was the fridge stopped working on us the last 2 days so that was not fun to deal with as we had a 2 year old that needed her milk cold and as well as are other grocery items. A maintenance girl did provide us with 2 coolers so we could fill them up with ice but nobody came to actually fix the fridge. The condo had a large cooler provided. I'm glad this happened at the end of the trip otherwise this would of been a huge inconvenience. The bedroom with bunk beds could use some lamps for at night time and the bunk room did get really hot for some reason. I loved the dual balconies and watching the sunset on the back balcony was gorgeous in the evening! The only negative of the whole trip was the fridge going out. Definitely would stay at this property again!

The condo was amazing! It was larger than we expected with a lot of comfortable living and seating space for our group of 7 people. Every amenity was top quality. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed the fact that we were right on the beach and didn't need to cross any streets. We were also walking distance to the shops and cafes on Flagler Street. The entry was keyless with keypads on the building and the condo door, which was very convenient - no hassle of organizing 7 people and sharing 1 or 2 keys. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
