We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s right on the beach very easy access to the beach and to the pool, which our family enjoyed very much of both
easy access to the beach via the close on ramp which we used to park our car early in the morning, especially because it was memorial day weekend And we would have a spot with all of our equipment, umbrellas, tents, etc. in the car for easy access to the beach just a few minor to us complaints where the following ; the dishwasher did not work properly, ie it did not clean the dishes so we hand washed all of them which was not a big deal to us. The water filter in the refrigerator needed to be changed. The water tasted bad as did the ice, the icemaker seemed to not shut off nor could we shut it off and therefore, if you tried to get ice out of the door, it made a huge mess so you had to open the door to the freezer and get your ice out again not a big deal. I would rent again if those issues were fixed

Condo was in a great location and just as pictured. Very Clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our whole group. Check in and out was well organized and easy. There was major construction going on next door, but I realize this area had some major storms not too long ago. We would stay here again or recommend for sure.

Atlantic Villas 203 was perfect for my family. I have stayed at several other condos in New Smyrna Beach and this was by far my favorite. It's location was convenient being close to the 7-11 and Flagler Avenue. The building itself was very clean, as well as the condo itself. I hope to stay here again.

Beautiful condo!
Great spaces!
Loved the bunk room and the master was huge!
Right on the beach! Loved the hot tub and walking out to miles of beach!
Walking distance to Flagler Ave which was great that we didn’t have to find parking on a busy weekend!
Great to work with! We asked to have a late check out the day of leaving because our flight was delayed and they were flexible and granted us the late check out on short notice!

Would stay here again without hesitation! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to stretch out and enjoy the condo when we were not at the beach or pool!

I was very impressed by the condo. More than was expected. you have definitely captured the luxurious florida living. Only one concern that I had was that there was a known fire alarm situation where apparently the system was in drill mode and happened to go off at 1am. Residents evacuated but no emergency dispatches were made. As renters we called 911 and police and fire showed up and asked US where the fire panel was. It was eventually addressed on the following Monday but as of check out time it was still unoperationall.

Gorgeous condo, great view, outfitted with all of the beach goers necessities, great for big families, or multiple small families. The amenities were very nice and the location was pretty much perfect. Very easy access to the beach, and Flagler Avenue. It had one reserved parking space in the basement parking deck. Elevator access for all floors. Our family was very impressed with this condo and would absolutely utilize it again in the future.

This condo is awesome. It is spacious and the third bedroom has room for 6 people. Perfect for 2 families. It is walking distance to Flagler for shopping or to restaurants. Loved it! We will be back!

Can’t turn the ac below 74. Even with fans it is hot at night to sleep. Everything else was wonderful about this unit.

Because of the extra high humidity at the beach if the AC runs below a certain temperature for too long it actually freezes up the coils and stops the AC altogether. We loved everything about this elegant, modern, private and BEAUTIFUL property. Everything in the home was in great shape. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook great meals with. My Wife and I have been coming to NSB for over 50yrs. This is the best place we have stayed in as a rented property. Clean, updated and many amenities. The location is within a couple blocks of Flagler Avenue and there are plenty of things to do. Beach views are great and beach access is easy. We most certainly will be back !!

Family vacation in New Smyrna Beach could not have been better! This condo has everything you need. The king master suite has a very comfortable mattress, large Jacuzzi bathtub, large shower, and sliding door to the balcony. We watched the amazing sunrises over the ocean every morning. The queen master also has it's own bathroom with large shower and the 3rd bedroom is perfect for 4 kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, mixing bowls, ect. Comfortable couches and large TV in the living room were perfect. The pictures do not do this condo justice. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and clean. The ocean is only steps away. I recommend this condo. Flagler avenue is within walking distance with plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. We drove to Universal 1 day and to Kennedy space center another. We are already planning our next stay!
