Clock into relaxation mode as soon as you step through the condo's front door. Light tile flooring, soothing blue/grey hues, and a dazzling ocean expanse will ease you into a serene state of mind. Before you make a date with the balcony's cushioned lounger, take the time to settle in and explore.

On the right of the entryway, you'll find the charming, updated kitchen. Bead-board cabinetry, grey granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances immediately give this space a luxury look. Coffee-lovers will instantly claim this area as their own as both a Keurig/drip coffee machine and a Nespresso machine with a milk-frother take an average cup of Joe to a craft coffee experience. When you're ready to pair your hot beverage with breakfast, you'll find the kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans, and any essential you should need.

As the sizzling of bacon draws your family near, enjoy a meal together around the dining room table for six. The dining area naturally draws the eye with its eclectic blend of natural tones and industrial textures. Once the table is clear, start your day of family-fun with board games provided on the nearby shelf. Extra space for games & puzzles can be found at the kitchen breakfast bar that's lined with three barstools.

When you and yours are in need of a post-beach nap, you'll find the large, bright living room to be the ideal spot. The living room holds a denim blue, pull-out sectional, a 77" mounted Smart TV, and jaw-dropping views of Daytona Shores. Cable and streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and more are provided on the TV; just remember to bring your log-in information!

If you hate to leave the Florida sunshine for long, take your relaxation to the penthouse's phenomenal balcony. The rooftop view of the beach is the property's most envied feature! Sip an icy drink, skim over a magazine, and take in the fresh salt air and gorgeous view before you. This property is also in a perfect location for viewing rocket launches! Visit NASA's page to see upcoming launches and watch the ascension from the balcony.

When the day draws to a close, slip into the master suite from its private balcony entrance. The primary bedroom has an airy, coastal ambiance you'll feel right at home in. From high-thread count sheets on the king bed to a 55" mounted TV, this getaway pampers guests with luxury details. As you get ready for bed, you'll find a separate vanity outside of the bathroom as well as another within. The primary bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, a moveable showerhead, and plenty of soft bath linens.

While you catch up on R&R in the primary, those staying in the second bedroom will find it equally as peaceful. Guests are accommodated with a queen and a twin murphy bed. White shelving, a mirrored closet, and a 25" flat-screen TV complete the room. Nearby is the cheery guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower and plenty of bath towels.

The penthouse is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a laundry room with a full washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable TV in living room and bedrooms, a beach cart, beach toys, a cooler, and books and board games. Dogs under 20lbs are welcome!

This 20-story, 125-unit oceanfront condominium is located along the beautiful Daytona Shores. Aside from its luxury condos, this complex pampers guests with top, luxury amenities. Daytona Ashley Condominiums is just a few steps from the no-drive beach and a couple minutes' walk to the Sunglow Pier where you can fish, watch surfing, and eat at the famous restaurant on the pier, Crabby Joe's.

We got this condo for a 2 week vacation had this penthouse suite stayed through Hurricane Milton. This unit was very safe and all tenants was very helpful during our stay and preparing for the storm. It is a pet friendly unit which we didn't take advantage of but it wasn't a issue. Loved the unit and location very relaxing all the way around and would stay again.

Especially, having our coffee while watching the dolphins play from our balcony to walking the incredible beach.

Beautiful views, awesome condo!

I think one of the best things about our stay was the beautiful views and all the wildlife we saw! Pelicans would literally float right in front of the balcony. We saw manatees, dolphins and even a couple sharks in the ocean. The views are stunning. The condo was exceptional with absolutely everything you think you may need. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality items and the beds were very comfy. Great condo with easy access to beach and restaurants. Loved our stay.

Spring Getaway

My husband and I along with 2 other lady friends were very pleased with the accommodations of the 20th floor Penthouse 4 condo. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and the added treats throughout the condo were very welcoming and provided that personal touch making the arrival and first night stay much more enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with fresh oranges, lemons and limes, a bottle of champagne was chilling in the fridge and the bag of Hershey chocolates on the kitchen table was just what we needed after the long drive down from north Georgia. We will definitely be returning to this unit for future stays. Thanks so much for sharing your space with us. Even our Yorkie Bella was on her best behavior and felt right at home!!

Vacation

We had a wonderful two week vacation at this beautiful condo. The owners had snacks, treats, and a welcoming bottle of wine in the refrigerator! Everything was furnished beautifully, we had all the cooking utensils we needed, cleaning supplies, everything was just perfect. Would love to go back!

As advertised....great view and well done rooms.

A short work trip to the area, so I thought staying at the beach would be enjoyable in the mornings and evenings (I was right). The room was as advertised and a very well done VRBO. We were missing the 2nd key fob but the owner replaced it upon request. If in the area again I would stay here without hesitation.
