Southeaster is located on the southern non-driving portion of New Smyrna Beach. It was built in 1968 and accommodates 78 units which is all located over 5 acres of pristine oceanfront beach. The Southeaster offers incredible panoramic ocean views from each 2 or 3 bedroom condo. It is also centrally located to local fine dining, shopping and entertainment.
